I can only think that COVID 19 is the reason for your horrible customer service and delivery. FedEx is NOT properly notifying when they make a delivery. When signature is required they are just leaving packages near mailbox areas. And then documenting that they delivered clearly when a signature is required. It takes hours and weeks to actually speak to someone whose customer service lacks professionalism.
I love Invicta brand and tried to ignore my poor experience because I really like the brand and quality of the SWISS made watches. But this experience has me questioning all of it.
The ordering time verses delivery time was a bit long. I order it for my spouse birthday 10/22/2019, but it took over a week to get to us. I had to give him after his birthday. Over all the product is a very nice one.

I still have not received my watches. Nor can i ever track them it never sends a notification. Poor system. I have called been put on hold for hours never to reach a person yet. I was told in an email they were wainting on both. Now you send servey. That dont seem to work either. Hope you find my stuff and get it to me before next holiday. Ordered in 16 th of december.
I went to the Invicta store to try on a watch to make sure i got the proper size band. The store clerk assisted me and told me the right size band to order but when the watches arrived they were too small so i am in the process of returning the items. After multiple calls to customer service and emails i finally got a response. I dropped off the box for return yesterday.

The price of the watch I paid for was not a deal at all. I ordered one watch and paid for two. I planned to have this item given as a gift before my family left and your shipping time was off by 3 days. The web page had issues. Over all I'm not satisfied with the ordering and handling of your products. Your products are amazing and I am a watch collector and so is many of my friends and family. My family member I was going to gift this to had already left l. Making this the most inconvenient gift ever. I had ship it again!
My only complaint is that I wished the watch came in a dive case. Other than that I was very satisfied.
Overall I found the items to be in excellent condition. I think the products are always of the best quality and extremely intricate detail. I've always loved collective watches but now I focus on the various wonderful collections of the Invicta brand.
I ordered a watch for my Husband for our anniversary and he was so surprised and absolutely loves it! The details are amazing and even better in person. The delivery was quick and the packaging is great, everything came in perfect condition!

The product is perfect..
I received some items within a short period of time but the remainder of the order was delayed. I did not receive notices that items would be delayed and customer service did not respond back to my queries or responses were delayed.
Item was received before the delivery date which we were pleased with. The only thing I thought was odd was that the case it comes with looked like someone stabbed at it. And there was some white residue on the silicone band.
