The product and the service which I have called a couple of times always helpful in answering questions unfortunately in this time with the coronavirus spreading around I do understand I have to wait till my shipment will be processed still waiting for two orders. Patiently waiting for my new piece to come into my collection.

Love your yellow tag sale,but I have been wanting this noma vi for a while. When I received my watch it wasn't wrapped like a new watch so some concerns there...but watch looks great and works fine. I'm sure l will be buying more from you.

I ordered three items but only recieved one

I ordered three items but only recieved one. The other two orders were cancelled and refunded after nearly a month. Essentially, I gave Invicta Stores an interest free short term loan of several hundred dollars. I realize that there are challenges associated with the current situation with COVID, but even considering that, keeping my money for that length of time with no communication leaves something to be desired.

Extremely satisfied

Extremely satisfied. Website was very easy to maneuver. A lot of people, sounds odd but have a hard time trusting its not Amazon. They should be able to trust the process and stuff right from the manufacturer. Process was also trustworthy. Didn't seem off in any way. I will buy again from invictastores.com.com

If it werent so inconvenient during this Covid, I would have sent it back, there was no attempt to place the watch inside the presentation box.
It arrived luckily enough without a ding but these are the type of things that send customers away.

The website worked as anticipated

The website worked as anticipated. The sale pricing was very nice. The delay from order placement and payment to shipping was extremely slow. Two weeks after order placement I contacted customer service to check on my order. I was informed that it would be shipping the next day. The tracking info appeared the next day but the item was not actually shipped for an additional 4 days. I did receive my item within a month of paying for it and I am very happy with my new watch.

Note: the website says shipping could take a few days it does not say it will take weeks.

I bought the silver dragon watch for my boyfriends birthday. I got it on sale and I believe it was the last one left at the time. We both really like the watch. The dragon looks almost 3D and they eyes look like little rubies. The back side of the watch is see through so its cool to see the watch keeping count. The links are easy to remove. We did have to shorten it by one link, but it was an easy process. Very satisfied and plan to order again!

Went to Amazon first, but felt unsure after reading users reviews. Love the show on cable, so came here.
I payed you guys for 2nd day shipping, but FedEx screwed up and sent it ground, came in 4 days. I will see if I can get my $13 overpay back from them, unless you can do it? Thanks Love MY watch, never thought that I would like bling!

Nice watch

Nice watch. I like the Homage watches. You should sell accessories such as different dials and hand sets. Bands and bezel rings...People love modding your watches. Or do custom watches where we get to pick the case, dial, movement hands...it would be fun

This order was good, watch was great, but 29 days after I ordered and even received the order, you email me asking me to confirm if I received, cancelled or am still waiting for the order. How do you not know if an order has been processed and shipped?!?!?! That just blows me away. I have another order that is only partially complete since I ordered 2 items and so far, over 2 weeks later and I still don't know when I'll get the 2nd part of that order. I am very wary of ordering from you in the future if this is how it goes.

A bit disappointed that even though you didn't ship my order for over 5 days and I called in on the first day after placing order. That you weren't able to cancel one of the items in that order. Seems there was plenty of time to do so before it was boxed and shipped. So now I get to deal with returning item.

I understand and knew it would possibly be delayed due to covid, what I didnt appreciate was the no communication from Invicta. I received no updates, no emails with where my item was, I got charged the day I placed the order and waited way too long to hear a ship confirmation. I also called Invicta, I got left on hold for 20 minutes to have someone answer and say " I don't know when you will receive it, give it two days and call us back and cancel" that is customer service? Like I said i understood covid and short handed but you could have at least provided better service or post a warning how bad it could be. No apology from representative and no answers.

I have purchased three Invicta watches to date. I am very pleased with the Invicta products... they appear extremely well made... they arrive in attractive, very impressive watch boxes... fast shopmnet. I do however have a serious complaint. Purchasing watches from Invicta for me is becoming increasingly confusing. I discover that a watch I desire to purchase, is often listed at several prices.

Most of my overall experience was pretty good but the processing time is just ridiculous the order was placed 6/28 the item wasn't shipped until 7/9 about 9 days just to process? IMO it's a little too long. Other wise everything was OK once it was shipped it took about 3 days to arrive. So close to two weeks from order to delivery.

Coronavirus has hit us all in a very sad way and I understand especially working in a essential business that services are muted. However, it was not properly communicated on your site and or the purchase did not warn of any issues with getting product on time. This was a gift so I had to explain a little that it would come late but no fallback there. I tried calling customer service three times where I couldn't even be connected to anyone on the team to assist. I only found out of a delay of delivery through an update after a week later of purchase. Satisfied with the product but more communication was expected, thank you.

I gave 2 stars for CS, because the first person a spoke with was looking at my order and said she needed to get more info and she would call me back shortly, but never did to let me know what was going on. So I had to call back the next day to follow up and the 2nd rep was very helpful

My experience with Invicta was awesome and the watch was everything that they said it was. I am actually ordering another watch but will be paying for 2 day shipping because the ground shipping took too long, but that was not Invicta's fault. Thanks for my watches.

My last 2 orders took almost 2 weeks to arrive. The 1st order was not even the exact watch listed. Customer service was helpful with the issue. I know you were behind on fulfilling orders but you should have hired seasonal help to help with that issue.
