I ordered two different watches. One of them worked perfectly fine and I love it. The other...I love as well...however...its movements were frozen. I took it to get a new battery but it's battery was perfectly fine. Which meant that there were other serious issues. I returned the watch in question to you to exchange for another and am waiting for it to arrive.

Set up to order is Excellente, the watch very nice. The only thing that l don't like customer service l call can't speak to no one. Send E- Mail most of the time don 't get a answers. I will no longer order anymore watch from your company.

Was not notified on when my order was shipped out, called customer service and was told incorrect information on delivery time also one package was just dropped off at my door with the second one being delivered with a knock my door by delivery person requiring a signature. Not comfortable on how my 1st watch was delivered, thinking about ordering more but delivery has to be better with notification.

They need to provide better communication when it comes to ordering off the site. There was no information readily available to me after my purchase regarding a receipt or tracking information. I started to get a little nervous that i might have been ripped off, but in the end it was worth it.

My package was not delivered in a safe fashion. It was left on my front door steps instead of the more secure fenced and gated porch I have. This has caused me to rethink why this delivery method was used. My door bell was not used nor was the table stationed on my porch which could have been a better alternative than the steps. Not happy with that and will curb my Xmas shopping with Invicta for this reason.

My overall experience was good. I found what I wanted and ordering was easy. I have a small issue with the constant pricing changes. The deals are great and just seem to change very frequently. It took me a long time to finally order the watch I wanted, because of the price fluctuation.

I already knew you have a great product. I was surprised by the slow processing and shipping, and lack of communication to the customer, after the order was placed. I was hit with numerous marketing emails trying to sell me another watch before I even had tracking info on the one I purchased.

Good selection, great prices, website is friendly and fast. The watch bands that come with the watches are far too long. We ordered a tool to shorten them and are waiting on that tool before being able to wear our watches and fully evaluate them. Initial quality appears to be really good though.

Shipping took entirely too long, I placed the order on 5/6 and was told it takes 1-4 business day before it usually ships. Was also told that a tracking email would be sent when it shipped, I never received an email. I was surprised when it showed up at my door on 5/23

Very easy to order online. Delivery was timely. And I received a great product. My only negative is the instruction booklet for the watches are inadequate. The booklet should be specific for each model. One of the watches I bought has days hand, but I have no idea how to adjust the hand.

The case of the watch is too big for my liking but very cool looking. It will stay in my collection. It would be nice to have various case sizes. The angels collection watch was also to big for my girlfriend but she likes it. The links were very hard to change. They are both very durable watches. I can't wait to get more. I love the Seahawks watch but a little out of my price range. Thank you Invicta. Go Hawks.

Took waiting a month and then having to email cs to only find out the second half of my order was canceled. The item was out of stock. I was refunded after I had to contact cs. Would much rather preferred the watch, it was a Christmas gift. I've purchased close to 50 watches this past year, either as gifts or for myself and feel let down on this one...

My item was sent without tracking information thats kind of hard to beleive you would send a $400.00 item through regular mail without tracking and delivery conformation I finally found my watch. Your web site still list my watch as processing even though it was shipped out over a month ago.

I have now attempted 3 times to return now 2 watches and have yet to obtain a return shipping label. This after I placed an original order for a watch and the. I was informed weeks later that it could not be fulfilled. I order a few times a year from Invicta and this is by far the worst experience and/or holiday experience. I may need to reconsider future purchases.

Nothing had to be backordered. Great selection available! Checkout was very easy!
Order was received when stated and the watch I ordered was a new watch. Still had all the original wrap on it. In the past I've received watches from other companies that appear to have been returned by another customer. Not from Invicta! Very happy with my watch and the entire ordering process.

My son loved the Invicta watch. The only issue is that it had become jostled around within its box surprisingly because it seemed to be packaged well. So I was surprised when he opened it and it wasn't sitting where it belonged in the box. Otherwise everything was very good. Thanks.

I ordered a watch that you ran out of. Your inventory systems need upgrading. The item was a birthday gift, so I am very disappointed. And in the age of automation, a call from a person would have been appreciated in stead of an email.

Love the watch I bought. I like getting emails with suggestions for watches that match the styles I've purchased in the past. Very pleased how fast I received my purchase and being updated on the progress of my order.
