I was not satisfied with the site

I was not satisfied with the site. It did not tell me when my order was being shipped out. I called and got no response. I sent an email and still no info. The order just showed up at my door with no expectation of delivery which could have resulted in it bring stolen. The website also does not give a clear number to call for customer service but the number to the service center, whi then gives you another number to call for customers service. So much wasted time.

I am a little confused on what determines the type of shipment an order will receive. I've ordered many times and this particular order required a signature. I was not aware of this requirement therefore this almost was shipped back on me! I have not been happy with FedEx 's level of service. The complex where I live has a secured mail room so initially I was mad that the package wasn't dropped there. I see for this particular order it required a signature but did not know until I called FedEx since the delivery driver kept coming in the afternoon when I was at work.

Improvement needs to be make in order processing

Improvement needs to be make in order processing. I placed my order on 1/3 and it took about 10 days for it to ship with numerous inquires (on line and phone calls) about the status of my order. The item did show in stock at time of shipment. I realize my issue with Fedx is not an Invicta issues, but once it shipped and I was provided with a tracking number, it took about another week before I received it. Lots of aggravation! Perhaps Invicta should spend less on the product packaging and more on your order processing/shipping procedures.

The ordering process was easy however it took forever for the delivery. I was expecting it before Christmas which I did not receive it on time as a present to my loved one. I also called and did not receive did not get through,I sent two emails ask for an update or tracking number and I didn't receive a response. I will never order around the holidays again.

I ordered model #******* and did not get the right instructions manual for that watch. I have tried to find it on the internet, I also call Invicta customer number and nothing yet. I have never had this bad of service before with Invicta. Please let me know if you can send me the manual for model #*******. Thank you

When I signed up there was no logout button to logout of my account. Then the tracking number came two days after I ordered. Which was apparently on the website, but I did not see that part. The customer service woman I spoke with both times were helpful and understanding. I would say had I not been worried about my account not being able to logout at first, it would have been a great experience..

The watch arrived as promised

The watch arrived as promised. It was a gift for my husband. However, When it got here it was running and it now stops on it's own periodically. Don't know if that's a battery issue or if there's a problem. It arriving running made no sense since you wouldn't know how long it sits before being sold. Disappointed that Invicta would do that.

I have returned the item back to Invicta, and have had to wait four calendar days, after I'm the one who initiated an inquiry, as to why I have not received a refund on a return! Have been told it could take another 5 to 7 days to process a return, that has already been in their possession for four days? This is very disappointing that it is not a quicker processing time.

This was a VERY disappointing service buying direct from your website. Customer service was terrible when I called to advise I did not originally received my product, the response was we have to file a claim. There was no much communication on your CSR end of the call to calm my concerns on 'where is my product'. I was tracking my item and noted the day it was supposedly delivered, it was not. I called to understand what your policy was for replacement, I had to ask if there would be a follow up email confirming our call.
Finally a week later, a strange came to my door claiming my package was indeed delivered to a incorrect address. I would have expect additional follow up from your customer service. My husband has bought many of your watches from a invicta TV show and has NEVER had an issue.

I ordered a watch that was listed as 'in stock', but the order took well over a week to process. When I sent an email to ask why the processing was being delayed, I got no response. I love the watch and all of my Invicta watches, but it took too long to be processed. Once processed, shipping was quick and easy.

Product was good

Product was good. Took 2 and 1/2 weeks to get my order that I paid for 2 day shipping. So it came in well after when I needed it by. It was a good price and a good product. I think I should be refunded my money for 2 day shipping. And when I called I sat on hold for 1 hour and 47 minutes before I gave up and sent an email. Heard back via email in a few days, but they didn't offer any solutions. And still haven't called me back. And never responded to my second email.

Only half of my order was sent
January 22, 2020

Only half of my order was sent. The other half was cancelled as unavailable ten days after the order. Since they were matching his and hers watches, the one I received is useless without the mate, and was returned for refund. I'm still waiting for that to happen.

Watch is pretty, but is just too big for my wrist. Really think i might send back to exchange for a smaller size of equal or lesser value or just pay the difference if more. I love your watches, but i made the wrong choice for me. If it would be no problem can i send back and exchange with no problem from y'all?

Didn't even know the order shipped as is still shows processing after 14 days. Watch is beautiful (blue variation) and the pictures online don't do it justice. The same watch has different color variations and they were all different prices. Didn't want to lose the watch since it was showing as liquidation price so I bought it even though another color variation was cheaper.

Hi overall I like the watches, except one of the 3 is not the blue color like the picture. But I own few invicta watches and I am pleased with them. In this order my biggest disappointment was the delay so for mothers day th gift sid not get on time, and one of the watches I did not even get. I try to reach out by telephone and did not get any answers, there is no live chat and the email response it took few days. Overall love the price and watch, just upset with the delay and and customer services

I waited 2 weeks and never got a confirmation of shipping. I called customer service and the man said it had not been shipped yet. I told him the order date etc., he kindly offered to free 2-day shipping. I was vey happy to finally receive my watch.
