Watches came quickly and were packaged nice and secure. The paracord band is definitely a different touch and the green and black stand out amazing with eachother. If you have trouble seeing in low light or have poor eyes in general, please note that the black face with the black hands can he slightly hard to see in low light situations, but not impossible. Aside from that I have no complaints. I love invicta watches and this is the 5th to my collection of many more to come.
I was very impressed with the watch and quality of it, I will definitely be ordering another. The watch is awesome very glad to have gotten an automatic one, a friend recommended I buy one and try it. Keeps great time no more worries about batteries for a watch ever again.
I have numerous Invicta watches that I have purchased from QVC--there is never an issue with their customer service or in receiving my order in a very timely manner; however, on two occasions, I ordered directly from Invicta. My wife tried repeatedly, for extended periods of time to return one watch and order another. It was very frustrating! In addition, I still have not returned the 2 watches that I ordered from Invicta on April 9!
Also, the questionnaire that you send to ascertain whether or not I had received my order was confusing. Since I had placed two orders in a brief time, it would have been helpful if Invicta actually noted the item(s) for clarity.
I enjoy Invicta watches and purchase them for gifts, because so many people compliment the:look" of Invicta watches, but it appears that QVC does a much better job in answering their calls, resolving issues and forwarding products to their customers!
The objet d art watch I got broke within a week due to the minute hand being loosely set and falling off just from running on my desk. Watch also kept terrible time and was fast about a minute a day. Consider ditching these movements.
Your web site and watches are fantastic. Consider, if you will, adding some info that sizing the metal band is not easy (putting it mildly) or simply say that if the metal band need sizing the $9.95 tool is available. I purchased a faux leather banded watch instead and love it.
I have been in love with invicta for a long time. I purchased 2 watches this time around and don't regret a thing. I would do it again in a heartbeat, and recommend these watches to anyone that's looking for something durable that also looks amazing for any level of formality.
Great products, incredable design and price. In the last year I have purchased 8 Invicta watches. 2 became gifts. I love your Dive Cases. I use one, Red, as my tool kit. It is very easy to see in my place and is water proof.
Check out was easy. Product was as pictured, but also as described. The case measurement was accurate for this product, not including the crown as other products do. Actual timepiece is very attractive with beautiful two-tone and a tease of the skeleton in the case which gives it a classic look.
Great product, love it. Delivery was not so good FedEx claimed they couldn't find my address even though I live on a state highway where no other delivery companies have any trouble finding my house, they claimed my road didn't exist...
Several times I tried to change my delivery date. FedEx site was difficult. Tried calling Invicta to delay shipment, got no help. Shipping was at best bad. Every other aspect of my shopping experience was excellent.
Both watches were great, but one did not work. I was pleased with Invicta's customer service in getting me a return label to return the broken watch. I'm hoping a new one or repaired one arrives soon. I love Invicta watche.

I really like shopping on the Invicta site. BUT this is at least the 3rd time I have placed an order, just to find out later. After I have already been charged. That one if my watches is not in stock. Even though it supposedly was when I ordered it. This is frustrating and disappointing.
Have been an Invicta fan for several years. Lost one of my Pro Divers, and it was not available on Evine (where I have bought most of my 24 Invicta's). Easy to navigate your website, product was as described, this is the 3 watch that I brought in a month. My first order with Invicta came in 4 days of ordering, my last order took two weeks to arrive, I sent emails and tried calling customer service several times, the calls got me no where and my emails were never responded. They finally sent email stating that my order was processed and will be getting ready to ship. Mind you this is 2 weeks after placing order. Now I understand that we are in troubled times, but for a company like Invicta not to respond to emails or be able to speak to someone, company needs to work on customer service and make it easy for customer to speak to someone, like they made it easy to navigate there web site. It was ok I didn't like the fact that I couldn't track My order online so I never knew when it would arrive...I also paid for two day shipping and still didn't get My watch for 4 days...I called to speak to CS about My shipping cost but never got through because I was on hold at least 45 minutes and never got a rep on the phone...we love the watch but I'd much rather go into a store and shop for it I don't think I'll ever use invicta.com again though

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
