Shipping times improved from my last order. The company could do a lot of infrastructure work to minimize shipping times. It's not terrible but could be drastically improved. Even if the shipping is longer, some form of communication to let you know that you didn't just get scammed would be appreciated. It seems like you hang in the balance forever to hear from them on your products. Tracking numbers never work either.

Great product, the rest needs work. Do not recommend purchasing on the internet especially on weekends. The 1st order I placed, I was not sure it went through. Customer service is closed on weekends.

Tried placing 3 orders afterwards and same thing but these were canceled by your system.

The delivery was sooner than expected and I loved that I had to sign for my package. I bought the watches as a gift and couldn't believe how beautiful they were in person. Definately shopping again soon.

This is the fifth watch that I have purchased from you in the year. I love your product and have sent numerous new clients your way. As a matter of fact all seven of my musicians wear your watches. They love the compliments they receive not only for their performing but also for their watches. The question I get is always " do you own stock in the company "
Of course I don't but a complimentary watch was be a nice gesture!

Great watches for great prices! Only gave 4 stars for deliver time because it did take awhile. I am well aware about covid 19 and how it affects delivery times but other than that everything is great.

Love the invictastores.com website. Very easy to navigate and very extensive selection of all the Invicta lines. I have purchased around 15 watches here - great prices especially when discounts being offered. Great delivery time and customer service.

Easy to purchase however they over charged on shipping for items under $100. $12.99 for 2 $18 bracelets is ridiculous. My order totaled $50 after taxes and shipping. It doesn't cost &12.99 to ship those lightweight bracelets.

I started purchasing Invicta watches about three years ago. I was on a cruise ship and fell in love with them. I have purchased several watches on cruises since I go at least twice a year. Then I started buying them from other jewelry stores.
But now that I have found Invicta stores, I purchased my son a watch and jewelry for myself. I am very pleased with the prices and customer service's.

Item was perfect but ya need to work on answering a paying customer service when they trying to ask a question or return the phone call or something

The package was left outside my apartment. No one was home at the time. Someone could have stolen it. The package slip had a signature of a friend, thats a lie. I asked my neighbors and nobody signed the recieved slip. Im a big fan of Invicta watches, therefore, I own a few. But ill think twice before ordering through here again. Other from that, the watch looks amazing.

Easy checkout process. Love the quality and the price of the items. Disliked the 3 separate shipping orders over a three to four week period. No communication on my order being shipped separately and no update on my order after inquiring about it with Invicta.com. The rest of my order just started showing up without notice.

I was happy with everything, but price.
There was a watch that I was waiting to go on sale and when it did, it ran out of stock fast. I contacted CS to find out if they would get more? They very quickly sent me link to purchase one, only I had to pay full price.

Good price and was Good timing as this was to be an anniversary gift for my wife (1st Invicta) (the item came in broken, there was a gear dangling around as you can see on the reverse side) now I'm having to send it back and may not have her gift for our anniversary. I'm hoping that the item gets replaced as I purchased NEW and not fixed and sent back to me. I myself have several and have not had any issues.

This is my 3rd Invicta Watch and I am very pleased with the product and service provided. Before you buy any other watch check here first.

Not happy at all with the communication or lack there of from invicta. Took two days for a response regarding shipping information. Provided all the shipping information after it was deivered. Have had an increase of people stealing packages and would like to get a real update not one three days late.
