Shipping took entirely too long, and the gifts for my wife came after our anniversary. I didn't get any help from customer service when I inquired about the shipping and had to email a few times in order to get an email about it being shipped.

I bought a watch for my wife and myself both of them were absolutely gorgeous exactly as described on the web site they came fast and efficiently and were packed well. This was my fourth Invicta. I love the Bold and Innovative designs.

Your website Does not allow me to check my cart unless I go back to the home page. It never notified me that my account had not been activated. I lost out on a watch that I really wanted. Now 3 times they have sold out.

Had 1 defective watch and it took half a day to get through. Now I'm still wAiting for response that you even got the watch. It's been 2 weeks. Do you have my defective watch and are you going to fix or replace it? Not happy.

Overall-- love the watch-(would of liked the dive box for storage)- as for delivery- too slow-- got watch from amazon after I ordered from invicta- amazon was here in 2 days-- response from customer service inadequate -- but somewhere down the road will purchase another invicta watch

Overall it was great. The website was a little slow navigating, but I was able to get threw it.

I made another order and called you guys because it was a bundle that comes with a ball but 20 mins on hold and no answer. I wanted to pick the basketball on order #******* thank you for any help I can get.

I love buying from your site prices are good. Only issue is the time it takes to receive the product. If you can speed up shipping time overall would be a great experience. But either way I thank you for the great product

The order delay around one month. To contact customer service is horrible they never take the phone and by email they always send the same respond as if it was an automatic massage. The watch is not at all at it looked in the web page.

It was really easy placing my order. I had sent email because I didn't receive both watches at the same time but realized they were shipped from two different locations. I received both watches without issues. I really like this product. They are very nice watches.

Delivery took too long and there was no communication along the way. The watch did arrive, ultimately. As for the watch itself, the interface between the band and the timepiece is much too rigid. There should be more flexibility at this junction. I mean, I do love the look of the watch, so I think this will work. But it's nor really as comfortable as I'd like.

Great products, I own 4 or 5 watches from invicta, note, these make great gifts.
I've been accused of watch hording but I like what I like, these watches are high quality

I placed my order on December 20th. The total amount due was immediately deducted from my credit card however, after calling customer service on 1/3 and waiting an hour on hold I was told that the items still had not shipped. I just received the items today, 1/8! One of the watches looked like it was open and used already. Needless to say I will not be placing another order with Invicta.
