It took more than 3 attempts before i was able to successfully place a order that I received. When I contacted customer service I was told the problem was with my credit card and not their mobile site, but ironically I used that same "problem credit card" to make the purchase from a computer.
Shipping the item takes way to long to process - 5 to 6 business days for in stock items but they charge your form of payment immediately. If you need to call for customer service to check on an order its ridiculously way to long. Over an hour waiting to speak to someone. Very bad!
I had to send the watch back for an exchange due to the watch not working properly. The second hand was loose and did not tell time. Can you please give me an update on when I will receive my new watch, as I have not received an email stating any kind of information!
Great selection of many styles. Found many watches in the styles I want. One small complaint, the screw down collar for the lower timer reset function sticks and is difficult to unscrew once it's in. And pressing the button, it feels like it shifts a little when pressing it in. But overall, very happy
Was happy that the size of the case was actually as advertised and not including the crown. At 56mm is it very large and somewhat heavy, but I am pretty large myself (7'0") and this watch fits on my wrist beautifully. Two-tone is perfect for my skin type. Have already received positive comments about this timepiece.

Love prices but need to do better with delivery. From the time I place my order and pay for it the money is taken from my account almost immediately, but it is weeks before I can even find out the status of my order let alone how long it takes to receive it. I am pretty frustrated with this so I may have to pay a little bit more for the watch from HSN or other shopping networks, but the delivery time is 10 times faster. So I may only be shopping with yall in the future if you have something I really want and can't get elsewhere until you improve in this area.
Invicta is unquestionably the best! One does have to be discerning about which of all the very cool products to purchase but that takes only a modicum of effort. I would recommend this company to anyone -- the wealthy and the not so much so. I also love the creativity of the product line. Incomparable.

It took 2 weeks to arrive.It was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my husband I bought the watch expecting it around the date that it said it was going to be here. However it was a week late.
Make plenty of time when ordering because it takes forever, good quality product though
FEDEX is ruining the customers experience. Delivery took 2 days beyond what they initially said it would take. I changed the delivery options on the FEDEX website so that my package would be delivered to a Walgreens nearby instead of my home, for security purposes. I have done this before with no issue. They still delivered it to my home and never sent any delivery confirmation of any kind. I requested text notifications on top of the normal email notifications and received '0'. Package sat on my porch for 6hrs before I realized it was even there. Invicta partners with FEDEX. This part of the experience must go much better.
It was just confusing expecting an email with the tracking information as the email with order confirmation mentioned and the packaged showed up in our door, so happy for the fast service just would have been good to know to be ready to receive the box and don't let it sit in our front door. Watches are beautiful as they were on the web page
I'm still waiting on a response about a watch that needed repair. The repair place never received my watch store I sent it thru is closed. I went to another store in the area and they don't have a clue. Need answers asap
Shipping is good but processing seems a bit slow? I ordered 2 watches in the same order but received one before the other had even been dispatched - both were in stock when I ordered an appeared to be shipped from the same location?
Dependent upon shipping, the site is nicely done. I was able to look over a selection of beautiful watches with great prices. I am hoping to receive my order almost as quickly as my decision for one of these gorgeous watches was made.

It just takes you too long to get the product shipped. Once it actually shipped I received it right away. But I almost cancelled the order. I could have gotten faster from Amazon.
I purchased an Invicta watch about six months ago, and I like it so much that I decided to get another one. Very stylish and well constructed. Time will tell if they continue to perform well over time, but at this point I am very satisfied.
Very unhappy with what I received was it packaged correctly kind of upset how much I paid for how damaged it was. I sent the item back it's been confirmed that it's been delivered to you now I'm just waiting on my refund.
Shopping was great but check-out had an issue where it appears that I ordered the watch and submitted payment, received an email from my credit card company letting me know the card had been charged but the completion screen did not refresh and I had to order the watch again. I'll be very upset if I only get 1 watch but am charged for 2 on my credit card.
My watch was defective upon receipt. The date pin did not work. However the original ordering process & replacement process was easy and I love the fact that I got an extra 40% discount and free shipping. It's a very nice watch otherwise.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
