This was a gift for my husband's birthday. Order processing took a little longer than expected, but still received the package in a timely manner once processed. The watch itself was much more than we expected! It is perfect! He absolutely loved it and is pleased with his gift.

Due to everything that has been going on with the covid 19 issues. It took almost a month to get my husbands watches. I had to call to see when they would be shipped. We received them a week after I called..

The product was a birthday gift. My boyfriend was ecstatic because this is his first invicta watch. He ready loved it. The price was awesome! Customer service was fine except the two people I spoke with didn't say their name when the answered the phone. Otherwise everything was fine.

I am very satisfied with my order however the order took almost a month to get to me, not to mention there were no updates of when it was shipped or anything. One day I heard a knock at my door and it was my package without any notice.

This is my Seventh Invicta watch! I love them, but wish they would make more really cool designs for women like they do for men. The men have very unique divers watches...women, not so much.
Still love Invicta.

Great product Only issue i have is that it took almost a month for the items tobe delivered. I have ordered 2 more watches for gifts, and i am still waiting on them to be shipped, its now been over a week.

This order took a very long time to get here and until I threatened to cancel my order with my credit card, no one from customer service would answer my emails.

Not happy with this transaction, other than the price!

First experience with your website. I was looking to replace a faulty Invicta Star Wars watch that I purchased from Costco as a gift and they were sold out of style *******. I attempted a search on your website and it was sold out as well. I checked back again and found a similar style which I ordered.

Hopefully my son will like this one instead. Thank you.

I ordered my watches got a confirmation until 3 days later. Asked about a delivery time never heard from anyone and I had purchased 5 watches at that time. Not a good experience at all will never order online again customer service sucks and apparently the emails go unanswered. Poor customer service. And I get immediately charged with no customer service.

My experience with invicta was pretty much 5 star because not only the watches where at a great price they came in fast within a couple of days and they have a nice selection that you can't find in neighborhood stores or malls. But overall I can't complain about my experience with Invictastores.com

Shopping for the product was easy enough. The shipping part was strange because three weeks went by and there were no updates as to why it was taking that much time to process. The payment went through easily. When I received the email of proof of purchase, it could have at least stated that it would a few weeks for shipping.

The price mark-up that you do to make it look like people are making again is misleading. I bought the sub-aqua Noma seven, and the next week it was sold for $155. The watch is nice but im not certain what the price should be. Please put the legitimate prices. Also, I bought another aviator earlier that was shabbily painted "rose gold" of course it was 84 dollars from 1,000,000.

I could not talk to a customer service rep. When I did reach out online site it gave an automated answer. I feel when dealing with customer it should be more personal instead of canned answers. I clearly understand that we are in a pandemic, but you could try to tell people in a personal email that they are working on it and give updates when it will be shipped out.

I called for information the first time, my question was answer in nice and proper way, but when
Called latter next day, and three days later, I was told, your call can not be connected.

The watch is excellent and I am happy with it, and I am looking for the purchase another watch,

Invictastores.com is my number one source to buy any new piece. I always do my homework and research first, but you simply can't beat the prices that are offered here on the site. I love my experience here and I know I get treated very well. I will certainly order again almost every 1 - 3 months.

The prices of the items sold online are fine. The shipping and delivery service is terrible. I have been waiting for the clock I bought for several weeks and if I don't contact them they don't send any notification of the shipment (disastrous). It is my first and last purchase on INVICTA.com and I do not recommend anyone to buy with you online.
