Wonderful site - user friendly - easy to navigate and intuitive in the flow. Took quite some time for the order to process however I suspect this was coronavirus related. Nice watch and terrific price.
Using the newly activated credit account introduced some issues. They were resolved with customer service.

They have great watches for great prices. There is a nice variety to choose from. It's ready to order. However, it took a lot longer than normal to receive the product. I've ordered many watches in the past and it usually takes a couple weeks. I suspect longer because of the pandemic.
The watch was damaged upon arrival. I contacted customer service to see about exchanging the watch, but it was the very last one. My husband doesn't know that he wants to send it back since they may not be able to fix it and would just refund him, which he doesn't want.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even with the hurricane season delaying shipments I still received my shipment in a reasonable amount of time. Invicta even communicated possible delays. Great work!

I have multiple invicta's and like the product. But this one showed up and didn't work, I took to my jewel and he had to replace the battery, which was dead on arrival. Not to satisfied with that, having to dish out an additional ten bucks and the time to do it.
I recieved the watch a was elated. It was an early Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he loved it,,, many thanks will be ordering again soon.

Very disappointed the watch was not working and I had to return for a replacement. I'm waiting on Invicta to inspect the watch once received 3/3 and replace with one that works or refund my account.

I like to collect Invicta watches and was more than happy when the 1st local store opened at the Mall of San Juan. But through invictastores.com I can browse at any time or place and get better offers.

What can I say: You can't beat the prices, especially with half off. I prefer automatic over quartz and hopefully there will be more choices, automatic-chronograph, in the future. Packaging is first-class and Fedex delivery is an addition.

Returning this last watch was not an easy process. I had to call back numerous times to get my return processed. The sales staff was professional but did not follow up with their commitment to send a return label. I had to call back numerous times because after connecting with main number I was disconnected more than once. Label was eventually sent by email as I requested a week after my initial contact.
Not very satisfied with two previous orders I have placed. Haven't received a response to my latest email I have sent. Neither did a receive a refund on undeliverable products yet. Maybe you can investigate this matter. Thanks.
The online purchasing process was easy and Inpaid a great price. The shipping situation was not enjoyable by any means. Tracking needs to be an option, no one wants to spend money and can't check on their purchase!
Overall the experience was alright. I really like the product that I received and I got a great deal. However, I was not satisfied with the shipping process and did not receive my order in a timely manor. I had to contact customer service several times and all the information they could give me was that my order was still processing long after the '4-5 day' processing window. I will give you guys the benefit of the doubt since it is around the holidays, but I do think the processing stage should be more efficient.
It was the first time I had ordered directly from the company. Invicta has always been my favorite watch. I wish they didnt come out with a new watch every single day. I feel it makes the company look more like a factory assembly line of watches instead of taking great pride in their older stuff. But still overall great watch and service

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
