Overall I like the services but the only issue I have is I ordered two items and 1 came no issues the other one has been in a ship status according to your website for awhile but I have not received a tracker # or anything...so that tells me it has not been shipped? So I think that issue needs to be better rectified for the customer. Thanks
Overall the watch I ordered is very nice. I am upset that it took 10 days for me to receive the item. The watch was at your facility for 5 days, when I was quoted 2 days for processing time. There is also no way that shipping from Florida to my address in West Virginia should have taken an additional 5 days. Bottom Line: great watch, terrible processing and shipping.
I am an avid watch collector of over 45 years. My collection holds around 500+/- watches representing just about every brand and movement type ever made. I collect Invicta watches for their innovation, quality, style and price. I find all that superior, representing a passion for horology which I share. I would estimate about 35% of my collection are Invicta's. My only minor complaint from buying online is the length of delivery time. Otherwise, a superior product.
Very easy to shop at Invicta Stores. My advice, if you are looking for a particular item, if you see it on the site, do not hesitate on buying it because you may not see it again anywhere else. My purchase was protected by their fabulous return policy if I did not like it, so I had nothing to fear, but I am keeping the watch.
There was a mix-up and delay with my order initially. When ordered it indicated that it was in stock and would be received before Christmas. I later called Customer Services and was that the specific model had been discontinued. I was then told I could receive credit towards another purchase, or a refund.
I purchased another watch which recently arrived. I am pleased with the watch.
Quick delivery was great. The only complaint I have is I wasnt given an estimated delivery date upon ordering. I didn't know until later when I received a follow up email. That just made me anxious as it was a birthday gift and ordered blind just hoping I would receive it in time. It did come in time but would be nice to know a ballpark upon ordering
Great overall experience. Invicta has been a product I've purchased before. Excellent quality and workmanship. Prices and incentives cannot be beat. Would highly recommend that you try Invicta products you won't be sorry.
I was told I would receive the order before Christmas. I placed the order on 12/15, even with two day fedex shipping I didn't receive it until 12/30. I spent three different days on hold for 1.5 hours one day, 2.45 hours the second day and finally.45 minutes trying to figure out when o would get it. Since it didn't come on time that meant figuring out a replacement Christmas gift. From now on I'll go to a store versus buying online with them. Oh and they offered a $10 coupon but I won't be using it.
This was my first time purchasing online at Invicta and happened to shop during your September sale. The item came packed very well, it was perfectly represented on the site, the price was already great plus the sale made it even better. It arrived ahead of schedule. The watch was even set to the correct time.

I placed an order for 2 watches that were marked down and paid for items. Prior to delivery I was notified that one of the watches were out of stock which surprised me because it was marked down and available when I placed the order. I emailed customer service to determine once item is back in stock would it be shipped to me at the sale price. I was advised unfortunately no. I own approximately 7 invicta watches and honestly not sure if I'll anymore.
It took a long time to ship. I guess because of the holidays. When I called customer service I was on hold for an hour and 19 minutes to be told my item will ship out sometime the following week, even though it was pass five business days including the holidays. But when the watch did ship shipping took 2 days overall the watch is nice
I purchased Model ******* would have liked to see an actual picture of this watch and the other options in this design (like Model ******* and Model *******. I would have given 5 stars if there were pictures of the actual style instead of a computer generated picture. Also, need a better informational/operational booklet (manual) on the watch. I received a standardized booklet/manual with my Model ******* and my watch was not covered in the booklet/manual.
I have tried to order several times a couple of watches first using the Invicta card that I applied and was approved and it keeps declining and also with another Visa card of my own. Several hours later I received a call back stating that it was declined. I called my Visa as well as the Invicta card company (Synchrony Bank) and they both stated that it was declined by the merchant as I have plenty of available credit to make the purchase. This has truly been a horrible experience and had I not promised the watches to my parents I would have just left it alone. I am hoping that whatever system issues you are having that it is resolved and my purchases are in fact processed. This is my first time attempting to shop with your company and I hoping this will not be an ongoing problem.
I have bought many watches with this company and the fact that I keep buying from them is because they have so many good deals. They have affordable pricing and flash sales that any watch connoisseur would love. Shipping is a bit slow but that may be attributed to the drama the post office is going through.
Order was "processing" for almost 10 days. I attempted to call customer service on three occasions and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time with no contact made. Never received a follow up email to the one I sent to the "help" desk. Glad the product arrived in tact and in the time we needed.
My Husband and I have ordered over 13 watches in the last 2 years. Our most recent purchase was a disaster. It took entirely too long to receive our order. The shipping wasn't the problem. It took forever for our order to leave the warehouse. After receiving the email that our order was ready to ship, it was received within 3-4 business days.
Last week, we placed another order (for his Birthday). We paid for 2 day shipping & to my surprise, it still hasn't left the warehouse. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone.
Overall, I feel as though Invicta has taken a few steps backwards in satisfying this Customer.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase. Was able to put a smile on a face for Mother's Day, and being that I also bought a piece for myself I was able smile myself. I will definitely be ordering another item or two in the very near future. Just wish the $29 shipping was for delivery instead of processing
I wore watch 1 day, the next day it stopped. Thought it needed battery but when I was about to take to jeweler I found instructions tucked into top of lid. Read and learned what automatic meant! I never had one before. So all is ok.
Wish you had inches in addition to mm.
Everything was 5 star except for the help system, no help at all. Never even gave me a real answer. And the shipping time. It took forever to send. Otherwise everything was beautiful. I've been wearing invictas for a long time now. My favorite brand since I discovered it. Rest assured this won't stop me from buying with you. Thank you all for your hard work.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
