I contacted Customer service after ordering my products to find out when it would be delivered. No one ever answered the phone after being on hold for 1.5 hrs one time and 2 hrs after the second try. I decided to email to cancel my order and asked for a refund after week 2 and I got an email saying the products would ship the next day and I'd get my delivery in 2-days. I never received my items until 5 days after. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth & I will not order again.
I do like my watches.
OK but automatic movement doesn't hold energy for more than 10 or 12 hours. Requires reset if not used every day. Competitors products hold winding for up to 40 hours, not 12. Otherwise I

Smooth and simple with the exception of the stated processing time. 4- 5 business days. It took more like 7- 8 business days and need to work better in sending emails of the items that have already shipped and not send the email once the item is already on your doorstep. Thankfully I was at home but if I weren't then the package could have probably be stolen left on the front door. Overall the products are perfect and nice.
Great price, and the watch was amazing. My only problem is invicta does not tell you from the beginning that all their orders are backed up. And getting to cust service is almost impossible. I love invicta watches and thought getting them straight from invicta would be better, but it wasn't. Shop hq delivers faster.
I purchased this watch as a birthday present that was to be presented at the party themed around the proverbial "gold watch." After many delivery delays and much anxiety that I would not receive the watch in time, I was fortunate enough to speak with a wonderful person named Jessica. Jessica went above and beyond to make certain I received the watch in time for the presentation. Thank you very much again Jessica. You are appreciated!
I ordered a men's and women's watch...I placed the order together but received the men's watch first then it took a while before I received the women's watch...I had to contact Invicta's customer service because I was wondering where the women's watch was...the rep said should be delivered the evening I spoke with her but didn't receive it until two days after that...then the watch is too big around the wrist and I tried to adjust it but still to big also the yellow suede inside the box looks worn out...kind of dingy and dirty as well.
I was never able to talk to someone. And my fiancé bought me a watch for Xmas you got your money and few days before Xmas you say it's not available and she still hasn't received credit and nobody speaking to her I've gotten 6 watches and those will be my last purchase from you guys which is a shame cause there was many more that I liked but not with that type of service
So excited that I Found what I was looking for, It's my grandsons birthday gift... I start him 3 years ago and has collected a few watches. I even had to get one and one for myself! Now my son who is over 50, got his first from me, he has now started collecting as well... Thank you for a great product!

Ordered 2 watches for my twins birthday. The female watch was received within 5 days. When I checked the order status on the website it said complete however I never received the men's watch I ordered nor an email saying it was shipped... Delayed. Out of stock... Etc... Took me calling to get them to rush the order unfortunately their definition of "rush" was 3 more days... Hard to explain to the son why his sister got her watch on time yet he had to wait for his present when they were both ordered at the same time... Needless to say I wasn't happy and will be hard pressed to order from them again.
I loved that I was able to purchase two watches for my husband for his birthday and for Father's Day at a great price. The order was placed May 6th and it took over a month for me to receive everything. I had multiple calls and emails with customer service and many emails were left unanswered while calls had me on hold for hours at a time; when I finally did reach a representative they said they could see I placed the order but didn't have any idea when it would be shipping or I would receive it. The products and price were outstanding and he loves Invicta watches; however, the customer service and delay in shipping and length of time to receive my order makes me debate ordering again from the website.
I received the product but the minute marker was not working. That's a brand new watch, I contact customer service. They make me paid $29.00 dollars to send the watch to be inspected. At this moment the watch is on the way to my house. The result of the 11 points inspection, is that they don't find any problems or issues whit the watch.
Like shopping at invicta. Fast and easy. A lot of choices. We added a sub aqua to my wife's collection. It is absolutely beautiful. The over fit and finish of this watch is really nice. My wife was surprised by it, " it looks better then in the pictures."
Shopping for these time pieces is great. Unfortunately if your not quick enough you may miss out on a amazing watch.

My overall experience was good I ordered 2 watches but upon receiving them I was not happy with one of them. I called so I could return it and they were extremely helpful and simplified the shipping of the watch back to them with a print out free shipping post it page now I hope my refund goes through nice and easy as well.
The inventory sale was irresistable. My usual price point is less than $150, but this sale enticed me to double that one time for a Bolt Zeus...sweet! I have several Invicta's and this new one easily matches the quality, style and "wow factor" of the others. Invicta's are the only watches I've ever worn that people mention often.
Easy to work with form and website is easy to look up watches by number. However when I signed on I was offered code UCWX40 for a 40% discount but it did not accept. Did use one for 30%.
Was disappointed that no instructions were included for adjusting the band size.
I had a decent experience with the online website. I'm not experienced in buying watches, so I had a hard time figuring out the difference between automatic and quartz. I wish the website offered more information on the various types of watches, but besides that my experience was good. I was able to filter what size and color I wanted, the sale prices where great, and I had a fast checkout process.
I found the exact same item on sale 2/17 for $188 and the site was accepting a Presidents' Day sale code (PRES20) that took an additional 20% off. Pre Tax the price was $150.40.
At no other point in time would any discounts be allowed to be applied on that product.
I was looking for an Invicta watch that did not have the day of the month on it but had other dials. I found the Bolt collection was perfect. I was very pleased with the craftsmanship and detail. The watch definitely turns heads and I've been showing it off. Thank you for a great product and I think in the future you should have more styles like the Bolt line

Shopping was fine on the site. Tried to call to ask about a particular watch; way, way, way to long to wait. Without any embellishment the 30 minute wait was just seriously starting to tick me off. I don't care what's going on in the country or the business. There is simply "NO EXCUSE" to keep a customer waiting that long and that customer still place an order
The product watch had flaws and paint chipped when package arrived. Not sure why but upon opening, pulling the sticker off face, more paint pulled off. Dissatisfied therefore sending watch back for replacement

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
