Very pleased to have several buying options. Usually, Evine has the product too, but, by the time you add there shipping in the cost, it is more money. The discounts that Invictastores runs constantly, usually will end up costing a lot less then anyone else prices. Very pleased.
Well, it was quick, that's cool. Also, it may have been a lot nicer to go with adding a choose size option or remove a link here or there but send the removed links anyway just in case. However, I understand how that could go wrong. My second watch that came is far too big for my hand, and I will have to resize it.
Great selection and prices. My only complaint is not being able to shop filter by Band Length. You can filter choose band material but not by length. Too many times I really enjoy a watch only to find out it won't fit me. I really wish there was a filter to choose Band Length. Other than that, great selection and pricing. There is always a great sale going. Will definitely buy my next watch from here again.
Price was great!
Shipping was bad :( - never recevined a tracking number, order number was difficult to get, never received notification that my package had shipped and never got an ETA for my package either - I was pretty scared it may have gotten stolen or lost along the way because I was flying in the dark so much.
Naturally I was relieved when it showed up at my door step, but some form of automated communication in the shipping progress really should be implemented
I am very UPSET about this order I placed and you refunded my money without notification. You said it was not available and put it on the website for higher price.
I have no intentions of purchasing anything else anytime soon.
This was for the blue label venom 46 mm. Don't remember ordering anything else.
Ordered 3 watches, 1 came with no plastic on watch making me think it was a store model and not brand new, very good condition though. 1 came with plastic on and looked brand new. Last 1 the crown was broken and price was scratched off yellow tag, definitely not brand new... had to send back for a replacement or refund if they are sold out, all are limited edition and out of stock already so im a little upset with the damaged product and that i will miss out on that one.

Invicta stores just forgot to email my tracking number, but called back about 3 days later and got the tracking number. I still received the watch in about 5 days!
The products received are always of the finest quality. I thoroughly enjoy wearing your time pieces. This is the first time I've ever ordered from the site directly and it was very disappointing. I understand sometimes shipping takes a while but only after I inquired to customer service did I find there was a delay. I waited almost a full month before receiving my product. Never once was there an email to update me about my order progress or that they were waiting for a final piece to my order. It's a horrible turn around time from the moment you order to the time you get the product. With how fast the charge is placed on your card and lack of communication, I was almost left feeling scammed. Like I was never going to see what I ordered. The shipping process has to be fine tuned. Even if it takes long at least take the time to keep the customer in the know.
My merchandise was fine and the price. But I never received a confirmation when I order my merchandise. Emailed and call three times never talked to anyone nor received a email back. Took for ever to get here. This company has to do better. This is the last time I'm ordering anything from the site. I'll go to the stores or outlet..
There is a quality second to none with Invicta watches, strong and heavy with amazing bands/ bracelets with fail-proof clasps. My opinion.
They're always priced to be in anyone's budget and they pick up the shipping costs.!

Thre online experience was quick and easy... the delivery took forever. I paid for 2 day shipping but didn't get the product until over 2 weeks later. I'm confused by what 2 day shipping means at Invicta.
This time the purchase went thru normally, and arrived well, really appreciate that no trouble at all in this one, so I will buy again and see more pleasant transactions in the future! Thanks again Invicta friends!

The product was ordered a month in advance for my wife birthday. And i didn't receive it until 2 weeks after her birthday... Highly dissatisfied with the delivery time... My family and I are huge Invicta buyers.
I originally ordered the blue limited edition men's mickey mouse watch only to be informed 2 days later "cause of the holidays were out of that". I wasn't still am not happy about that. Figure out your supply chain if your going to sell on the net. I continued to watch your site till I found the same watch with a black band at an ok price. I ordered that instead. It wasn't what I wanted. I settled for it. Please get your act together. You acted like ordering from timex. I think your better than that.
I am an Invicta Collector since 2000 with over 300 watches to date. Maintain the great low discount prices and I will continue to purchase distinctive designs and models to add to my collection. Thank you again!
Unbelievable selection. I'm not sure how you do it but keep em' comin. My friends laughed at me when I said I wanted rose gold with a blue dial. You had it and then some. I wanted 1 watch but got crazy and snapped up 3. Can't wait to see them.
Just got the watches. Overall very nice. My only small dissatisfaction is that the rose gold color is a bit more like copper than I like. Otherwise the watches are a great value for the money.

Ordered 2 watches, paid for both - one was not delivered order was cancelled and credit issued. Not sure if they oversold or what but it's bad business and or faulty technology. Either way not a great representation.
No problem whatsoever with the ordering process. Shipping was quite fast also.
When I received my product it had gone through a lot. A screw was detached from the bezel and it had done some damage to the glass. I found the screw from inside the original package.
Took the watch to repair. Fortunately cost me only 10$ including shortening of the strap. Invicta should pay more attention in securing the watches inside the boxes, as I believe USPS will have their way with the small parcels in transit...!
