Very sharp watch, love it. I been a watch guy for 50 years and had many brands but never had one of this caliber. You can see the quality of craftsmanship the minute you unwrap it from its equally attractive packaging. I'm very pleased

Your Billing and Shipping Address are linked. They Should be separate. I have a P.O. Box for billing but it will not ship to my Box. When I entered the information it would change both at the same time. That needs to be fixed!

Last week I contacted customer service in regards to the possibility of re-sizing the watch I've purchased, but have yet to receive a response. Other than that, I am pleased with the quality of the product and the speed at which it was shipped.

I love your products... I think you need some more information on some of the watches. Also in these days when things come fast 3 weeks seems like a long time to receive something. But I love Invicta watches great value great look watches.

Everything was beautiful, according to my request. The only thing is that I ordered 3 watches, 2 arrived super fast but the other one that was missing took a month to arrive, but otherwise I am very happy with my purchase. Would order again

Sad to say, but items are very slow to arrive. I have ordered in the past and 7 out of 10 times things did not arrive on time. I really like Invicta products. Please keep your promise to deliver the item to your buyers.

The sale is amazing. However, the processing of shipping information could be a lot better. I expected an update and didn't get that on top of I received my order about 10 days after I ordered and was told 3-5 business days for shipping.

The website is very easy to navigate, and moves at a nice speed. I put the name and model number in the search bar, and the watch came up immediately. Prices are much better than most other places, and shipping was very quick also.

Easy online shopping. I returned two items with no issues. My third return however was not so good. Took almost a week and a half to get a response and now will be charged 20% restock and pay return shipping. I will keep it.

Only problem is couldn't speak to anyone on phone because after hours! Also think for the price of watch there should be a better owners manual and instructions or a website that gives each watch information on operation, link removal and battery changing instructions.

Absolutely terrible! It took 5 weeks to get my order and no one from Invicta reached out too me. And whats even worse is i payed for expedited shipping and still haven't received my refund!. The watch is wonderful but the service and shipping is terribly unacceptable!

I ordered my Invicta Watch on 08/17/2020 and received it in a most expeditious manner on 08/28/2020. It was better than I expected and like non other that I have ever seen. The colors compliment my olive skin. I now own three Invicta Watches.

Watch is excellent! Love it. Customer service didn't respond to emails. Understand shipping is delayed right now however my label was created and order packaged for shipping a week before it was actually shipped out. Couldn't get any clear communication on what was happening.

Not enough info about watch or I don't know where to look. It should be listed in product description. Is it self-winding, battery,etc., explanation of each stem and small dials,etc. Small booklet that came with watch is very generic and does not help with the specific watch.

The watch is great...but your delivery time is too poor...you have to work with it...if you gone charge for delivery, I expected that the order can be delivered within 7 to 12 days maximum, but my order took almost a month.

Quality product at a price you can't beat, delivery time could've been faster. I've ordered stuff from overseas sellers and it has shown up faster, the two SKU's I ordered showed in stock and yet it took almost two weeks to receive my order

Great shopping experience. Large selection, great prices, fast shipping and delivery. I did have to contact customer service for something and the only issue is they don't answer the phone! You have to use their contact us form and they got back with me within two days.

I ordered the watch on December 23 but did not receive it until Jan. 8. When I tried to call, I spent over 2 hours on hold. Once I sent a message via Facebook, my problem was immediately solved and I had the watch in 2 days.
