I bought 2 watches, I loved mine,but the one for my boyfriend just wasn't his style, so it's in process of being returned. Although I thought it was very nice, he likes the bigger bulkier invicta watches, he's not into the strap wrist band. But we love your watches.

I purchased the watch as a gift and was thrilled to see the Marvel line! The price was amazing and the coupon code offered on the website provided additional savings. The watch arrived in a beautiful case which to me really elevated the excitement of the gift. My purchase arrived about a week after ordering. It does take about 5 business days to receive your delivery tracking information, so don't panic if you haven't heard anything within a few days of ordering.

Good. Even though when I pay for the 2 day delivery. It still takes up to 2 to 3 weeks before I receive my purchase. The cost is not cheap and to pay for shipping that takes the same time as regular shipping is ridiculous. Then it's almost as if you may never receive your purchase if you don't call to get info on the shipment. I am a regular customer and I would hate to stop shopping here, do to the timing of shipping. I take my selecting, pricing, and purchasing the time pieces very seriously. I need to know that, in the future, communication will be priority and 2 day, means 2 days, not 3 weeks plus.

During the ordering process, you should have the option of having different billing and ship to addresses. Shipping did no occur till 9 days after the order. I had to ask why it wasn"t shipped. If shipping is delayed for any reason you should pro-actively let your customer know.

Easy to shop through them. Deliveries are typically quick. I called customer service to see why one item was taking longer than usual to ship and was advised that it was due to the sale under which it was purchased. Shipments would go out after sale event ended. And did.

Easy to navigate great deals

Easy to navigate great deals. One part of my order I received expeditiously, but the other half took a little longer and I didn't receive tracking for the other half, but Im happy I received it. Overall, couldnt have been more excited about my purchase. And everyone loved their gifts!

Invicta was fantastic
February 24, 2018

Invicta was fantastic. I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price without any problems. Which was a relief because I had an absolutely horrible experience just prior to buying from Invicta with another watch-seller on Amazon. My advice? If you want a new Invicta - buy from Invicta, always.

The first watch I ordered I thought it was this one I had to return do to push crown. This one has screw down and 500 meters with smaller dial more fit for a woman. I have bought a total of 5 watch from here they all have been wonderful.

After this last experience I will not be ordering from you ever again. I ordered 4 items & only received 3.1 item was cancelled by you without any notice, it was supposed to be a gift. The other items were shipped separately and arrived on different dates.

Why would you advertise and sell a product that you don't have? That's dirty business. I have also unsubscribed to your emails due to the fact that I don't even want to see your name or add in my inbox.

I've been collecting invicta watches since 2005 and now being able to get the Premier watches directly for a little more wasn't a big deal.i still get the same quality from all collections of invicta and my shipments come within days safely with no damages thank you invicta I'm glad I found the store on the web site keep up the good work.

I placed my order on the November 27 and did not receive it until December 12th. Of course I considered the holiday. But it still said that they ship 4-5 business days. My order did not get shipped until 9 business days. So i called numerous times (which is frustrating on its own because of the hours) and got not much information! After my 4th time calling, on separate occasions, they told me something about a warehouse problem but that I would get an email when it ships. No email was sent, EVER. Even when it shipped. And tracking on the site never changed from 'processing'. CSA eventually expedited the shipping because it had been so long. Super frustrating. But the watch is nice.

The order tracking was saying processing the entire time and 1 watch arrived on my front porch without notice and sat there for 3 days. I called and got a tracking number for Fedex ground that was not in their system for 2 days after it was given to me.

Ordering was easy now I'll have to wait until I receive my product for a more in depth review.

There were a few different things about my purchased item that I did not see while shopping. Like the band looks different in person and the exo features around the watch face are quite basic. Nevertheless I still enjoy adding it to my collection.

I have ordered a similar watch 2 times when your website showed it as available. Both times my orders were canceled since you said it was no longer in stock. It still shows as in stock and is less expensive than the one I just ordered. I left countless messages and emails without any response. Finally via chat, I was told the order was canceled. Really a poor way to run a business. I have bought several watches from you...this, assuming it actually arrives as promised, will be my last and I'll tell anyone who will listen my experience.

December 24, 2017

As you can see I placed an order with Invicta. However, I have been trying to return this particular watch for over three weeks now with absolutely no response back from Invicta regarding the return. I am frustrated beyond words and will never buy another Invicta watch for my husband. This is actually his second one but definitely his last. I will definitely tell all of my friends to avoid their products as well because the service you receive after purcoftom them is no existent. I have been told that twitter is s great way to inform lots of people st one time.

Took over a 3 weeks just to be sent out and kept getting wrong info when messaged about shipping, I would.all and they said it's been sent but I could clearly see on fedex it was not sent. Extremely disappointed I usually order from 3rd party and I will do so for now on. Lesson learned.

Very, very, wait that is too kind. Extremely, extremely poor customer service! You can not call as not a single person will answer the phone! I don't like talking to a computer with vague concerns. The only reason I got my order is because i threatened to cancel! Never again will I order from you on line!

My first experience was bad due to the item was not in stock after I had placed the ordered; I really want that watch. This watches are always available on Carnival Cruise line and I always miss out on buying one.
So I decided to look on web for the website. I was very happy with the web-link discounts sent.

The product and delivery were good, it's the notification and time that goes by, with any notification or follow up in regards to let me know if the order was place correctly or if items were in stock etc. it needs to have more customer satisfaction and information regarding the prices from beginning to end. The item I received was great, but it took Two weeks to get to me. When I order through ShopHQ I receive the items within days (less than a week). I know we are under a Pandemic situation and logistics might be off, but I'm sure they can do better.

I actually placed another order a week and a half ago for a special occasion. But knowing what I had went through, This time a paid for 2 Day delivery ($29 more for this service), and its yet to ship! Is this possible? It's unacceptable.

Invicta - Please this shipping issue immediately!
