I sent pictures but have not heard back from anyone. The minute hand on the stop watch resets to 1. It should reset to 30. I would like to exchange it for the same watch. Please let me know how to proceed.

Easy to order. Always a pleasure to get a new Invicta. This is my 5th one and I might get a few more. Im looking now at some but cant afford them yet. Orders are always packaged well and are on time. Love this brand!

This is my first time ordering from the site, I called customer service to ask a few questions and the customer service rep was very helpful, she even gave me a code to get an even larger discounted price!

It was easy to search and find exactly what I was looking for at my set price point because of the layout of the website. Ordering was painless, too. The option to pay through PayPal is an added bonus.

Was supposed to get 10% off order and it only applied to one item?
Despite not getting the FULL discount, the price paid was well worth the value and the beauty of the watches! Will probably never buy another brand watch. These watches are incredible.

I had a wonderful experience on the website. It was easy to browse various watches and was pleased with the return process. I ordered a watch for my fiance for his birthday. He decided he would rather exchange the watch and selected several that I could pick from. The return process was effortless and I ordered two watches to replace the returned one. I will definitely order from this site again.

I'm one of detail and that's why you pick certain watch. The picture shows all gold/band but it was not and customer service gave the excuse was that was the original picture before they finalized production. Pretty much take it or send it back attitude

Great experience. Bought a watch for a close friend. Unfortunately he was not able to wear it because of the metal. We returned that watch with no problems and I was able to order another one of his choice.

Happy with my new watch, fast delivery. I did have to purchase a special tool, see small price, to shorter the band. I had to wait an extra week for until tool arrived, but all is okay now and I can ware my new watch

Ordering online was easy. Prices were excellent with discount so I bought 2 watches. I kept 1 and returned one. No problem with return so far. The one I returned was absolutely gorgeous but way too large for me. Check size of case before buying as some of them are very large, especially when size nears 48mm+.

Site is easy to navigate with a great selection and a smooth checkout process. Products received as described and promised, but delivery time was a little slow. Yet, patience is a virtue because Invicta is well worth the wait.

I purchase another watch on 4/4/2020 and I still haven't receive a tracking Number. I am not very happy I understand the issues we are facing but lets not used this issues as a scape goat to contact customers.

Repeat Customer. Waiting for response. I received watch in wrong box. Item came with no paperwork. I want return label to send back. Tired of excuses. I will buy item elsewhere. Not first issue. Tired of excuses. Terrible experience.

It took almost a month to receive my watch. I understand the situation with the Covid pandemic however an email or something would have been nice to receive letting me know of the extended processing time.

The gift box is very handsome and the watch looked better in person than it did online. From the site, you didn't know that the back is see-through which is a nice touch. Excellent purchase at a great price.

There a lot of watches I would like to order, however I have become very disappointed with the time it is taking to receive items after the order. I tend to not want to place additional orders without at least receiving my last order first.

Encountered some problem going back and forth on the web.

The first delivery of my order is incomplete, the package did not have the instruction manual and warranty card. I have to call customer service to ask for it.

I paid 29.00 for expedited shipping which was supposed to be 3 days. It was almost three weeks. I recieved one watch, then another. I felt like spending the money to expedite the order was a waste, you just took my money. I never expected this from Invicta, and was extremely angry as a result of how I was treated. I've purchased items from Invicta before which were very prompt and reputable.
