Delivery time is a joke, tired of your excuses. Communication with your customers is non existent with regards to where the orders are. Prices are still low enough to keep me interested but for reasons expressed above I can safely say you're losing tons of business.

I bought this watch for my grandson. He's been out of town and I am waiting for him to get back and let him open the box. I'm pretty sure there won't be a problem. Hopefully he'll be here before the 30 day return guarantee expires.

I really enjoy your products and give them as gifts. Unfortunately the one that I just had sent to my father does not work, it loses 2 minutes about every 1 hour. I am used to these watches losing or gaining a few minutes every month but this is unacceptable. I will be returning this watch as soon as he sends it to me. I hope that this can be repaired or exchanged for another.

It has been difficult getting in
Contact with customer service. I have been on hold for over an hour. Then the call gets disconnected without speaking to anyone. Two emails sent without any response. Unable to chat! I am still missing orders. Missing refunds on returned items and need to return other items.

The watch itself is so well made. The attention to detail is astounding. Even though there are 3000 of these made, it seems to be a very rare timepiece as I could hardly find any other vendor that sells these so kudos to Invicta for offering this for such an incredibly affordable price.

I was upset that my package kept saying it would be delivered that day but actually took 3 days. The delivery guy didn't have me sign for the package as you indicated. Thank God I got the watch. He left it on the landing at my apartment complex. Something that cost too much to be randomly sat down. Anyway...

So far it's been great and it doesn't take a long time to get your merchandise. 11-09-18 Well this is the second purchase that I've made from your store and my watch was off the cushion inside of the box just rolling all over the place. I didn't like that at all and the item is very nice looking.

Beautiful watches. Took two weeks to receive. Sent an email after a week inquiring as to where the watch was but received no answer. Thought maybe the website was fraudulent but the watch came eventually. Awesome watch. Get many compliments on it. Will definitely be purchasing again now that I know what to expect as far as delivery time.

Guess someone from there warehouse removed the watch before it got here... and now i have to prove it... first and last order...

Shopping and ordering at Invicta Stores always fun and easy. Far too long with order processing and shipping. This order arrived with the shipper box soaking wet and packaging tape coming off. The contents, the Invicta box and watch were fine. Perhaps a FedEx issue? FedEx has become unreliable lately. Pricing lately all over the place. Yesterday Shop HQ was selling this Sub VII about $50.00 less than this Yellow Tag price.

This was my first time shopping with Invicta. I purchased the Angel Collection, Rose Gold Watch. It's a great looking watch. So far I don't seem to be having any issues with it. I do plan to order from Invicta in the future again. I also really enjoy the fact that they offer everyday discount codes on items, offering greater accessibility to the items that you desire...

Overall experience was great for ordering the watch and shipping was also very fast but, I have sent 2 emails asking about the display at 6:00 on the Star Wars Model ******* watch! I have not received a reply as of today 2/14/2020! All I would like to know is what is the display indicating? Nothing in the manual indicates what it is or how to use it?

Invicta turned a miniature disaster into a great success. I ordered a five-piece set, but it only came with two pieces (including an entire missing WATCH!). I contacted customer service, and they immediately made it right by sending out the pieces I was missing, which arrived today in perfect order! I'm glad I decided to shop directly with Invicta. While I got a little scare, I received the items I paid for.

I can't believe it took a month to receive my order that is just way too long. The yellow helmet was broken when it arrived and the response from customer service is well we can't send amo one because the ones we have are for bundles. Giving a $15 credit instead of a partial refund or send another one in its place is just stupid! It's not good customer service at all.

I placed the order and paid an extra $29 for 2 day shipping. However, it took over a month for me to receive my merchandise. There was no communication other than the order confirmation email and when I contacted customer service I received a generic reply. I will not order online anymore from Invicta. If I cannot deal with an in store sales associate I will have to take my business elsewhere.
