Invicta stores need to drop FedEx as their carrier service provider. My order floated around a small town, not 30 minutes from my home, for 3 days until it was finally delivered from that small town on the 4th day. No excuse for that. Invicta stores has an incredible thing going on with their prices and wide range of selection, but FedEx could ruin it for them.

Invicta stores had very nice watches for much cheaper prices.The watch came in a very fancy box and looked very expensive. I ordered my watch on 12/20/18 and got it on the morning of 12/26/18, a little late for Christmas but so worth it.Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Not enough detail on the status of my order. My packages were left at the door and no one ever rang the doorbell to let me know on both deliveries. Took longer than expected for the second packages to arrive but I'm sure it's because the pandemic. I only wish you guys had a favorites list I could save once I log in. Other than the delivery no problems with my order though.

The watch is more beautiful than any brand I've seen. They offer a large variety of styles, colors and shapes. Without a doubt, I will make sure to stay true to this brand. Many people that have anything negative to say most likely damaged the watch themselves. Invicta makes top notch, top quality timepieces that my family has loved more and more over the years. Thank you Invicta!

I've tried multiple times to get assistance returning an item. It's a very bulky funny looking watch- and you really can't tell from the picture. I've waited an hour on the phone with no estimated wait time, no answer and no option for leaving a message. When I emailed they referred me to track my order. Maybe it's just me but this 'my order' page only has a way to teach shipment and provided no instructions on how to return.

This was a very simple and quick experience. I received my order and am not completely satisfied with the watch...the face of the watch makes it hard to read. Don't get me wrong...I love my other two Invicta watches. Just not so much with this one

I was so pleased with my purchase and the quality of the watch. My son in law has many invicta watches and even bought me one as a Christmas present a few years ago. I think I'm becoming a loyal fan like him.

I received a beautiful watch, well packaged and as advertised. Watch works great, and has lots of features I like. Took 2 days to process the order, don't pay for two day shipping, it takes 4 to 5 days no matter what.

The only issue I had with this order is that you don't get shipping confirmation or a tracking number. I live in an apartment complex and its imperative that I'm able to track my packages so that I can when to start looking for my them.

Ther overall experience was easy smooth. Delivery was within a few days after placing order. Got free shipping and a 10% discount as part of my order. Pretty standard to set up an account to place an order. I would recommend if you like Invicta watches.

Takes way too long to get the products, I ordered 6 more and still have no gotten them. Why such a long wait time for deliveries. We pay lots of money for these watches, why not free next day deliveries for us.

Easy website. Always love the quality of the product. These watches are addictive! Beautiful and well made. They make a GREAT collection for my husband. He gets a new one every holiday and anniversary and is always excited to open it first!

Need my password the send to my email is not working or sending it to me. Delivery time took way to long on my order that was a fathers day gift. Now here i am waiting on another watch and cant even check my tracking info.

I sent it back for a new battery or?

He's 79 yrs old, not hard on things. He walks with a cane.? Go figure?

Very pleased. Great price, fast delivery, and its beautiful. The only thing i wish is that you should have us measure wrist so you can size and return links with delivery. I had to go find someone who could size for me

Search needs to be more accurate, and multiple fields, automatic &sapphire &leather. Incredible selection, great quality i only have one that I am not one hundred percent happy with. I really like the 360 motion view some of the marvel models have.
