I give this watch 5 stars based on Appearance because my husband hasn't actually tried it on yet. Its a surprise for our 10 year Anniversary. I have however seen it and it's gorgeous just like the picture.

Lots of beautiful products, easy to find what you're looking for. It just took some time to arrive, however this was over the Christmas holidays. Customer service should offer more communication as to when to expect the order.

The process of trading in my wife's watch for another took much too long, over a month, and messages sent to Invicta from the site were ignored.

Also, she will have to go to a store to have the band adjusted. That could be done before the watch is sent out.

I had hoped to use the trade-in program give her the new watch for Christmas, but we didn't get it until weeks after the holiday.

Over all great experience. Received my watch within about a week and actually earlier than I expected. This is my third order from Invicta and have never had an issue. I am looking forward to my next purchase.

My boyfriend loves the watch. Unfortunately the watch was sent without a working battery. I also paid extra money for a 2 day delivery to ensure he would have it by Valentine's day. Didn't come u til after.

Great watch. Quick shipment. Good service. Could use better communication during the shipment process. No time table was given.

No disappointments with this order. The watches were great looking, the prices were the best found anywhere, and my order was received fast. As always, everything that I have come to expect from Invicta Stores which is why I keep coming back.

Invicta Stores probably has the largest collection of beautiful watches but prices are not comparable with other retailers lit Evine. The watch that i purchased with an Invicta discount is now a few hundred dollars cheaper on Evine.

Have many Invicta watches as does my husband. Shopping is easy and always have good results. However, I bought this watch for around 100.00 and was not happy that within a few days it was selling for 68.00.

So far good...we will see how it goes up to delivery. Order received fast delivery...watch us great condition...watch too large.in the process of returning...as of yesterday. Amanda was a great help in explaining return procedure. I have a replacement watch already in shipment...due in Thursday. Thank you for in advance for credit on account for returned watch.

They opted not to ship my item until I threatened to cancel the order. The watch was nice, but their claim about being delayed by the virus is bogus. I've asked others and they've been experiencing this same situation for years. The watch was very nice, but shipping times are absurd. Don't believe their 5-7 business days.

I had to cancel one order because it sent me the wrong one and it was taking an excessive amount of time to get the right one.

This last purchase went well However it did take a bit too long for delivery. Other than that I am satisfied thank you

Unfortunately my puppy chewed up the band within the first 24 hours! I did not know she had climbed on the chair to get it off of the table! I have had her only since July!

Otherwise, I have always live Invicta watches, and this one is just so cute!
