Good overall. Nice deals/promotions with many and varied items to choose from. Easy to shop but did not enjoy, as a new credit card customer, the lack of ease in the purchasing process. Very secured process for sure but it took me a little while to sort.

So far, 4 of 5 orders were received as ordered. Fifth item was not in the case box. Either it was removed by FedEx and there is an ongoing inquiry between the firms, or it was never placed in the box before shipping. Shipping box did not appear to be tampered with. Inquiry status is unknown and until resolved I will rely on other sources for my watch purchases.

Took over 2 weeks to have my order shipped by buying direct from factory, where it only took days buying from a middle man. I have owned about 5 Invicta watches and have been very satisfied with them. I wish I could fine another automatic watch about 49 mm, at a good price, but now they all seem to be around 53 mm or bigger which is to big a watch for my taste.

Great watches and easy website to order from! Will be ordering again it took way too long to get your order. And I sent two emails and got no replay even after they say replies within 24 hours. No use in calling set for hours on hold and nothing! Tried calling over 5 times!

Easy breezy selection and payment process. I saw the watch on a Carnival cruise and just now saved $170 from what they were charging and that was even after a 70% discount! I practiced deferred gratification by doing my own price comparison once we got back from the cruise! I'm so glad I did!

I found out about this watch brand a couple of years back now and I love them.For overall just great types of watches from there higher end watches like the bolt and pro diver to not so pricey one.They look good on and also built very good. I would and will be recommending Invicta!

My husband has 42 invicta watches and we just starting giving them to gifts to our family. I have purchased his watches from other sites but Invicta stores is the absolute best! I try only to deal with them! I was concerned that one of the watches would not get here in time, so when I called they sent it to me express!

Usually buying from the website, I have no issues. I bought my mom's gift and it took almost 3 weeks to get to her. Plus I never got an update if the watch was sent or not. My order continued to say processing. Customer service was not helpful at all. They didn't help me with my issue.

I loved being able to purchase my husband an incredible watch at a hugely discounted price. However, I also wanted a watch, but compared to the dozens of men's watches available, there were only a few (literally, like three or four) women's watches to choose from in the clearance promotion. That was very disappointing because I didn't end up getting myself a watch.
