Hi, this order was fine, however I called customer service with help looking up my warranty information on a previous order so I could send it in for repairs under that warranty being i paid extra for it at the time of purchase. I was giving a lot of run around and finally told someone would look it up and call me back but I've heard nothing since.

I absolutely love shopping with Invicta stores. I never have an issue with ordering or shipping. Delivery is VERY fast! I've been with this store for 2 years now. I have put my other colleges on to this fabulous store as well. Keep up the great work! You will always have a dedicated/faithful customer here.
Shopping at Invicta Stores online is always a great experience. They continue to carry the latest styles at the best prices, which is why I keep coming back. Value for the $$$ is the highest of any other manufacturer in the watch business. I have never returned an Invicta watch because I did not like it, only if there was damage caused during shipping, which is a rarity. Absolutely a 5 star company that continues to think outside the box!
This biggest issues was the delay in the email response to my order follow up and then Fed Ex which you used claimed they could not find the address which was a lie from the delivery driver because I myself just using my google maps on my cell phone found that location first time when helping my son move into to new apartment at that exact address. So we had to have my son go pick up his gift from the local Fed Ex store which caused additional days from when he was suppose to receive it. I like the products I have purchased but the email response and delivery time was not satisfactory in my opinion.
Misleading information!
Men and women's watches have exactly the same size. I ordered woman's watch but got the giant heavy watch so I checked on website and found out it's the same. Why categorize size?just said one size so customers won't get wrong idea. Hate the watch, don't want to wear it, just kept in the drawer. Returning always complicated and waste of money for shipping fee.
I think you should add a live chat to your site. I emailed 3 times and never received a response. I had to call to get information.
I have bought 11 watches from you in 30 days, I absolutely love these watches. I used to buy expensive watches, but now I'm addicted to Invicta. I can literally get 20 for the price of 1 Tag! And your watches look better! So, keep up the good work as far as watches are concerned and make sure to add that live chat. It's a cheap function to add and will give customers tons of easy, quick help.
Site easy to use. No. Not a smart site too much typing. It could use a lot of auto fill. Remembering my card numbers.

Invicta requires that all of their packages are signed for by the person ordering the item (No one else can sign), and this is absolutely ridiculous! This policy makes it near impossible for me to receive my packages, because I work nights & sleep days. My last package was attempted delivery 3 times before I actually received it. This is a stupid policy and I likely will No longer order until they change this policy!
I don't even write reviews but this was the worst shipping experience EVER! It's took 3 weeks for me to receive my package and when I called customer service I would just be on hold for hours on end with no response. The watch is nice and all but never again.
Appears to be used or previously worn. I understand it was a clarence item but didn't see anything about the watch being used. Every Invicta i've ever purchased the metal bands were wrapped in plastic along with the face and the bottom. This arrived as if I was already wearing it.
Experience very positive other than no notice of what typical "free" shipping time-frame would be. When I went on the website to order this watch it showed status as "in stock" and did not visibly note that there would be two days processing. To top that off, I ordered on Friday and it was still "processing" on Wednesday until the afternoon.
This would be so much more perfect if and only if it didn't take so long for you guys to send it. 6 business days is not acceptable in my eyes. But the product is beautiful. Trust me I will by more. Just do not like the holding your order process.
Search function is terrible. I searched the same word combination and got different results each time ("Screw down crown").
I was looking for a particular watch I viewed a couple days ago (an Angel collection one) but it did not show up when I navigated through the Angel collection. I eventually found it be searching for "screw down crown" and the third search it showed up.
The way gender is separated makes it more difficult to find a watch. I'm shopping in the 30-40 mm range so there are lots of viable options under either gender and I don't care if it's labeled as a men's or women's. There are 2 similar Angel models with mother of pearl and oyster faces where one is labeled for men, the other women. It doesn't make sense.
The watch I got is good quality but the invicta lettering on the face is not correctly applied (the n,v, and i are crooked).
Great price, best one I found yet, for a sweet watch! It's a little bit of a tight fit around my wrist bones, as the band can't be adjusted on the sides, but because it's so nice it's easy to overlook. Very happy...
P.S. It would be most helpful from a warranty point of view if you included a dated sales receipt with each watch. I must now go and make a copy of my credit card bill.

Love the sales. My second purchase from the store have 14 Invicta since i started collecting 18 months ago. Love the exclusive items that are available. Wish there were ones that came with cases like on evine. That would make it even better.
FedEx is the worst company for deliveries. It took it almost two days to get out of Florida and once in Minnesota to took another two day to get across town. I've had similar problems with slow deliveries with FedEx. You might ought to think about a difference delivery service. UPS and regular mail service is faster then FedEx. Their was no weather problems here. We had snow but the roads were all cleared before the package ever reach Minnesota. Other then that I am please with my watch and the price.
Invicta watches have a nice classy look to it. One can find a variety of watches for any occasion. Although the regular price is a bit pricey the discounts sent by email balance off the cost. I love that there are Marvel, DC and Star Wars watches!
The first watch I buy from u was terrible! I wore it only 3 or 4 times band broke twice had to replace and watch quit working. Very disappointed.Never returned it because had quadruple bypass and two more surgeries.Now im on disability would like to send this watch back if u would be nice enough to fix it for me. Is very good, but i didn't like when i asked few things and i never got an answer. For example, why i can't find in INVICTA'S stores side the model ******* which i like to buy? How can i get obtain some more extra straps?
