Processing the order and ship time takes way too long even with the free shipping. If I had wanted to pay for shipping the $12 fee is too high. Also it took nine days to arrive and I only live two hours away by car. Other than that everything else was good.
Well I placed my order on 11/19/18 and it states that it was delivered to me on 11/27/18, however I did not receive it until 12/4/18. I am thankful for your follow-up, I would have been still waiting. Maybe you can look into sending sms alerts upon delivery.
Overall extremely poor. Promised delivery by certain date and item did not even ship by that date. Called customer service multiple times and found a busy tone. I waited 1.5 hrs on hold to finally speak with someone. Emailed multiple times as well and never received any response.
About a year ago when I first started using the website contacting customer service was very difficult. I don't know if it's changed or not because I haven't called. But the website overall I find has good deals and timely shipping and I'll continue to shop on there.
I'm pleased with the timepiece. I do plan to shop again with Invicta. The only other comment I have is that in the little manual which was inside its box-there was no information about removal of links & I wish there would've been a mention. Overall Good experience.
I would never buy another watch from you. The service in getting this item was horrible and the telephone hold time was just as bad. And please dont use the pandemic as an excuse. You should think about upgrading your phone service where they could leave their number and you could call back. Instead of having a customer stay on hold for 45 plus minutes.

After ordering, we didn't get any shipping confirmation for a very long time. It was such a long time that I actually reached out to customer service, but no one ever replied. Ever. It at least finally shipped.
Never ordered from here. But looking forward to receiving my watches. Ordering was easy the site just lagged a bit much. Took a long time to load. Shipping took a while and one watch showed up out the blue without notice. Otherwise I am happy with the order.
I love Invicta watches. I get so many compliments from people. We bought a few of the Team Argentina watches for our children that were born there. We always buy the automatic movement, so graceful in motion they are. I have to admit I wear an Invicta almost everyday. I have several! Highly recommend, and they cost less then the cleaning on my more expensive watches. I will stay with Invicta, quality, good looks, functional, accurate and dependable.
I was shopping for a specific watch for my granddaughter. I prefer to shop at a live store, visited Boca Raton store. Your rep was wonderful, helpful and professional, store did NOT have the specific watch. Ordered from website, time crunch, paid extra for "second day delivery". Placed order early Thursday afternoon. Tracking info informed delivery following Tuesday by 8:00 pm. It DID arrive by then, however, that, in my opinion, was a "fourth day delivery". Stressful experience.
Great selection for my invicta loving husband. Constant sales are always a plus! His birthday gift is so beautiful I'm counting down the days until I can give it to him! I know he is going to LOVE it!

It was great I bought my wife a watch for Christmas It came on time and its really a nice watch.The only thing wrong is the case is too big which isn't y'all's fault.When I ordered it I was not sure how big it was because I don't know anything about mg measurement's.I was wondering if I could return it to one of the dealers in our area so she can get one that's the wright size? This order went Great. I am currently waiting for an order placed March 28. I have talked to Customer Service about this issue and They were very helpful. But, I still do not know when the products will arrive.
There is not enough space in this box to begin to tell you how horribly you all handled my purchase, and phone calls to customer service. The second call had no notations of the promise made to me by the first rep which left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered my watch a month early and still received it two weeks late. I was promised overnight delivery once it was received and of course there was no note of that promise in the system. You should not be selling items that you don't have in stock anyway. Its really too bad as the watches are beautiful.

Even when I considered de current conditions, the packages were delayed for too long. I received the shipping confirmation about three weeks later and add to it another 10 days to arrives to destination.
I love my watch, it is stunning. By far the best price & great financing with the Invicta card. I have been collecting Invicta watches for nearly 2 years. You can't beat the quality, attention to detail and value.
Product pictured on the website are incredibly detailed and clear, I only wish there were more of them from different views. I also would like to see more stores carry this brand in my area. I strongly suggest that a line of different types of bands be made available for purchase. I need more options!
Waited over 3 weeks for this watch to even ship.
I received no communication on why this took so long. After multiple emails and finally a wait of 35 min on the phone I got an answer. Still have a pending order that still shows processing after 2 weeks. Then I see offers of now 40% of watches didn't get offered anything for compensation. Probably will be the last watches I order. Shame because now I have to cut up this new credit card. Poor experience on all aspects.
To whom it may concern. My order took more than 3 weeks to be delivered. When I attempted to contact your company, the email and telephone did not work.
Going forward, Invicta should communicate the time line for delivery when an order is made so the customer can make an informed decision on whether they should complete their purchase.
I will NOT make any more online purchases of your product. I will make purchases at brick-mortar locations only.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
