In the rare event I did reach out to customer service. Not only did they resolve my issue; they were very courteous and professional!

Although I got a great bundle deal, I attempted to call several times and never talked to anyone beyond the prerecorded prompts. My order was in limbo for nearly a month but it finally showed up and life is good.

I bought an Invicta in April for my grandson graduation. It was never delivered. I just got a refund without a phone call. Now I pray that this order will get here by 5/16/18 so he will not be disappointed

Well the first time, I received an empty box. Very disappointing. But out of the 3 watches I bought, none were in their plastic sleeve that usually comes when bought new. I thought this was a lil odd but they look perfect, so not a big deal. The ability to be able to return the watch for a full refund tho, is fantastic.

I really wish Invicta didn't use FedEx. They have horrible customer service. Since packages are sent with signature required it makes it very difficult to receive the package in a timely manner. There's no notice of this requirement upon ordering. FedEx frequently lies that they have come to my apartment for delivery. If in some small chance they did they don't leave a notice therefore no way of knowing.

I was very happy with my purchase, bought five watches and I love all five of them. Will definitely be a customer in the near future, thank you!

Watch is the biggest and heaviest I've seen but I love it. Price was good with coupon code I used. Will definitely buy more watches from the site.

The watch was a million times better in person and my boyfriend loved it. I definitely won the gift giving prize if there was one thanks to Invicta.

Invicta is starting to go crazy on prices the website tells you it's new when in fact I bought the same watch for a lesser price a few months ago. Also they are just getting to expensive for lower quality of their watches starting to look around at other watches. Might leave the brand all together

The watch I received unfortunately had one of the bands not connected so I contacted customer service for return information. They responded very quickly, nice job! I have not received reimbursement yet but I am sure it will be taken care of. I have since purchased another watch which I should receive this week, hopefully everything is OK as I would like to purchase more products from Invicta.

I commend Invicta Stores for diligently working hard to make sure customers are updated and expectations set during this pandemic. I called a few times and customer service was always nice and courteous. Keep up the good work and I hope everyone stays safe.

I purchased two watches and a case. One of the watches was marked down within 12 hours of me purchasing it. I reached out to request a price adjustment as outlined on your website. I did not get a response. I kept reaching out and finally got someone several days later who told me that they could not do anything about it because too much time had passed.

I've been trying to purchase this watch for a few months but wanted the lowest price possible. Not only did I receive a great price, but an additional discount was applied which made me very happy. I LOVE this piece. Will definitely shop again...
