I ordered a watch on Friday, December 13 and paid the $59 for next day delivery. It did not show up for eight days and no one would respond to a phone call or an email. I'm very disappointed as I would love Invicta products
Quick and easy ordering. There's been a couple of watches that I purchased under $99. Before it was a $10 charge and the watches came in a reasonable time. Now it's $12 and took over 16 days? Lame. But beautiful watch at an excellent price!

I was confused because I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email, the watch just arrived 1 week after purchase. This is a very early Christmas gift. I was worried they would sell out. My wife loves Minnie Mouse! This will be added to her watch collection soon. Thanks Invicta!

The watch I bought for my wife was not wrapped in protective plastic like the 6 other watches I previously purchased from your website. This makes me wonder if some of the watches you sell are returns or display models and I also thinking about if I should order anymore. Fortunately the links that some scratches on it were the ones that had to be removed for sizing and I did not have to go through the trouble of returning it.
Easy to navigate. I found a watch for my husband almost immediately. We first purchased Invicta watches about four years ago at Costco at my suggestion three sons, who loved them and still wear them. My husband mentioned the week before Christmas this year that he wish he had one. So, not knowing if Costco had them this year or not and having to time off work to check, I went online in your website and ordered it. He was so shocked and happy on Christmas morning. Thank you so much. We will find a repair shop to get the band adjusted, but he LOVES it.

Didn't receive a shipping notice until after I had received my order. Tried to call your customer service line and was on hold for 25 minutes.no one ever answered the call. The watch's are great, 5 stars! Customer service poor.
Ok all good up to when I wanted to return it...watch is nice but face to small for me to use at work...sent email to help@ addy, sent message via website and to this date no response from Invicta on how to proceed. Why? Maybe now someone will get in touch with me...
Bad experience ordered something for Christmas that was in stock and now they tell me it is out of stock
I love my product! Invicta needs to do better on relaying shipping info once items are sent out. I received absolutely 0 shipping info! This is needed because knowing arrival time will prevent a package from just sitting outside on the porch ALL DAY while at work. I'm lucky I live In a decent neighborhood. Do better with shipping confirmations Invicta! I don't want my watch to get stolen because I have no idea when it's going to show up.
Disruption to the supply chain made any sort of delivery expectation, unrealistic. Loved my items, absolutely loathed, and detested the shipping. Currently still waiting for orders placed weeks ago. Received two refunds for items i really wanted. Overall ok experience. However supply chain uncertainty may affect any future transactions.
My overall experience with Invicta has been very good thus far. I would like to add that it would be nice if you could impress upon Fedex the importance of getting a signature for the items they deliver for Invicta.
