I am very pleased with your product but your customer service and delivery process leaves a lot to be desired. Trying to contact on the phone is virtually impossible I tried several times to contact by phone once was on hold for over 2 hours try it again at 9 in the morning when you opened and still had a 45 minute wait. I will never order another product through Invicta stores.
Bought this watch for my boyfriend for his birthday. Went 3 weeks without hearing anything, tried to call to get an update and waited on hold for 45 minutes before I just hung up. A week later finally got a tracking number
I own several Invicta Reserve watches and have yet to be disappointed by any new purchase. These watches not only make a statement, but are functional and well built. The quality is unmatched and I put these watches up against ones that cost thousands more. I'm constantly getting compliments no matter which one I wear. I am an Invicta customer for life!
With all next/two day deliveries now days waiting weeks seems very long. Secondly, when the watch arrived the battery was dead and we had to pay to have it replaced before ever wearing it. This is the 6th Invicta I've purchased.
Other retailers are selling same product for less. 3 day price guarantee is WAY too short.
Price of watch I bought the week before went down 50 dollars less than 2 weeks after I bought it and no adjustment was allowed.

I have been a big fan of invicta watches since the first one that my brother gifted me. Awesome build quality and looks just fantastic. I would love to see Invicta build some solar watches or watches with 5-10 year battery life instead of 3 years.
Invicta stores service was fine. It took 8 days after the initial delivery date to receive my watch due to FedEx messing up. Not pleased at all with them. World give them a negative rating on both delivery and customer service.
The website often has issues which makes it difficult to shop. When I called customer service, they even had trouble with the site. Watches at the high end price point should not be sold on a website that has numerous problems.
Buying the product on-line was very good, 6/13/2020, but the watch I received, 6/19/2020, had to shop around for an open watchmaker to size the watch. However, the watch stopped working after 3 days of use, waited almost 1 hour to speak to customer rep, he was very courteous and professional. Sent it back on 7/13/2020, be waiting for a refund. ( I have 4 Invicta watches, they all still working and they are great, the last one did not match my expectations)
Simple easy shopping experience I'll definitely be back to shop again. Invicta makes a great product so stylish an amazing looking exceptional timepieces at a great price point. I will be purchasing more Invicta watches for sure in the near future.
I ordered three watches in this order, one appeared to be used and didn't work.
A little hassle getting return shipping labels but after a few emails back and forth I sent damaged watch back. Now just waiting for the refund.
Have never had a problem until this last purchase when I bought a watch for my anniversary since we're all on lock down. Some security thing declined it like they thought someone had stolen my card and instead of me getting a phone call right away so I could take care of the issue and still get the watch on time I was emailed and then text 2 days later. Wish someone would have called me this is the first year I won't have a gift to give in over 25 years, I'm so heart broken. Yes I could have just repurchased it and paid $30 for quicker shipping but what if they decline it again over security purposes I'm out the $30 for shipping and handling. I'm just going to print off all this text and emails and say 'baby it's not my fault I tried'
As always, Invicta delivers on a great watch! As the brand that got me into watches, I've been a big fan of Invicta for well over 15 years, and, while I have expanded to many other brands, it's still the most fun to own, with outstanding quality at the price point and many unique designs. Many watches featured at the Invicta Stores site can be purchased for less elsewhere, but there are also limited selections found here, and deals that are outstanding. I got this hard to find Sea Hunter in this order, for only $170 (plus a free three slot watch case), which is terrific, for a model in their Reserve Line. This is also a good place to find the specs of various models, and get an idea for their overall line up. I've made a number of direct purchases here now, and it's always been an excellent experience, and I easily recommend this site!
I felt that the order took way to long to process on Invicta's end. It was over 24 hours before I got an email saying thAt it would be packaged and mailed. When I got one of the watches the second hand was not working properly. I called and customer service sent me a fed ex to mail it back I did and I have not had any follow up. I don't know if I am getting a replacement watch or what. Timing is off on your end. In today's world we should have instant communication

Great watch, compliments everywhere I go, my concern was the delivery time, yes I was forewarned about how and when the watch will be delivered but still wished it actually showed up within 3-5 business day. Overall the watch itself is a 10 out of 10. I'm buying more from here, even as gifts.
Great price, excellent products. The only issue is how long it takes from the time you order until it actually ships. That is understandable given the circumstances during this current pandemic. Overall I love Invicta products and have many. I will continue to purchase these watches because they are amazing!
I certainly feel that invicta stores has a wide variety of superior watches. My recent customer service experience, was not as helpful as I would've expected. I called to ask for a discount code, it was stated That their was not one available. After placing the order, about two days later, I received a pop up advertisement, showing the same watch at a discounted price. I didn't call back, but due to me receiving this survey, I thought I would share.
After an initially very unsatisfied experience with you customer service department I was called back by one of the supervisors. She did a fantastic job and I am quite pleased with the end result.

Got my first Invicta watch yesterday for my anniversary and I'm hooked. My wife bought me a Marvel Captain America one that is fantastic. I looked on the website and found 4 more D.C. Watches on sale so I bought them. These are great watches for the price you pay on sale. Unfortunately the standard free shipping that says 4-5 days before they are shipped was 6 days and had to wait. Well worth it but still frustrating to wait that long. Also when you purchase that amount I think they should throw in one of their nice containers!
I may have overlooked the fact that some companies smooth operations were affected from the Corona Virus Pandemic. My order was placed during this time period and complete processing was delayed due to these unfortunate circumstances. This company did compensate me for the delivery delay with a no time restriction discount on my next purchase. That was a great business gesture and smart move!

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
