I'd purchase total of 4 Watches recently within few weeks. Only had issue with one that it was shipped way too long, and after numerous contact it finally arrived. Other than that no problem. I like Invicta watches and will purchase more. Keep up the good work with great products. Thank you

Sometimes hard to sift through all the offers and find exactly what you're looking for, once located it's fine. I did send a request to reset my password several times but never got a response, so I just created a new account.

Great product! I actually ordered the wrong watch, realized it immediately after doing so. I contacted Customer Service and they fixed my order ASAP! Website extremely user friendly & will definitely order again in the future!

I purchased a new watch for my boyfriend's birthday. I was completely satisfied with the delivery (about 3 days after purchase), product itself, and my boyfriend loved it. Would definitely shop again and recommend to others.

Customer Service is so poor that I would give it 0 stars if I could. Gave up on phone after being on hold for over an hour. Why have a contact us button on the web site when you don't even return emails. Read other reviews on the internet and you will see other customers feel the same way.

Received both watches in a timely manner in excellent condition. They were beautiful and nicely packaged. I purchased them as gifts.

Delivery was a little later than scheduled but all in all, still very satisfied with the product. Great variety and selection.

The representative I spoke with really did not seem that he could take care of the situation.He obviously had to put me on hold several times and ask questions.I'm always very happy with the product Though...

Was shopping for an anniversary gift for my husband and he likes leather bands on his watches. Decided to go with this one because it had the big face and brown leather band that he wanted. It's also a very heavy watch.

The watch is awesome quality and looks great on. Its a good size in width for my big and tall boyfriend.

First time.seems ok so far...heard it's best not to deal with customer service. I likely will never call or ask for any after my first call years ago. Can't even tell me what battery I need? Links that are impossible to find for bracelets? $109 for a silicone strap? Come on!

Packaging however could have been improved upon. The watch was loose in the box and there was no warranty card inside. Other than that, it's beautiful.

Would've liked more details about the features of the watches (glow in the dark, waterproof, shatter resistant, etc.). And would love to make a "wish list" for future purchases. But the site worked well & quickly.

Overall, Invicta makes excellent watches. They're big, sturdy and really nice. I got one damaged watch on a previous order that clearly had been damaged prior to shipping. Invicta took it back right away and I picked another item as the other was out of production. Customer service is excellent and so is their merchandise.

Very satisfying shopping experience overall: the website runs smoothly and intuitively for the most part, free shipping with reasonable speed and package tracking, superlative sale pricing, and responsive customer service. Individual product pages could use more informative descriptions and additional photos though.
