After purchase customer information regarding shipping progress is terrible. Nothing should take weeks to process and deliver. With exception to items that may have to go through customs from other countries.
Everything was fine except that the Fed ex delivery left the watch at the door and didn't ring doorbell. Anyone passing by could have taken it. I shop at this site and expect when my orders are delivered in a responsible way. Not happy!

Easy to use, but took forever almost 30 days the longest time of all my deliveries. I called the customer service line it just gave a generic message and prompt but offered no help just you will receive email confirmation when your order is shipped. Had I spent $500 and y'all took my money as quick as you did and made me wait that long I would have been even more upset. All my other orders came quickly; however that was during the Holidays.
Nice website but need to define information more of item for sale. If the watch come with additional slot for making it smaller or bigger. Overall the watches were as expected, very nice and well taken care off.

Very happy with the quality, value, service and ease of doing business. Will do again and would highly recommend to anyone. Own several Invicta watches myself. This was a gift and second Invicta watch for my son.
This is the 1st time that I am totally disappointed with your product. I ordered item #******* (Gabrielle Unions Women's quartz- model *******) and it literally fell apart on her wrist. The pins to the bracelet keeps coming out. Please advise on how I may get a replacement.
I do like the watches and selection of styles. I have experienced delays in shipping that I would like to see the company address because you are excited about a major purchase of an item like a beautiful watch - to have it take a few weeks to get here does not match up in the time other companies can deliver products to you... Also, I have found some excellent prices on the website and placed multiple orders that were cancelled by your customer service department stating the watch is no longer available. If the watch is out of inventory your system should be able to track that instead of a feeling there was an error on the site pricing and you did not honor it... This has happened twice.
Great product at an excellent price. Website was a little difficult to navigate, especially if you didn't have the model number; doesn't bring up current models at all if they are out of stock. That caused me some confusion, but got what I wanted at a good price.
They must improve their Customer Service department! Several times I tried to communicate by phone and no one answered the call, I even sent an email and it was not answered. Outside of that everything is fine.
Poor to no customer service. Impossible to get in touch with your customer service. Long wait times. Waited over 65 minutes on one phone call. No response when emailed. You Charge product and you receive the money but do not ship. Products take too long to arrive. Overall horrible experience. Still waiting for an order placed on July 17,2020. You took the money immediately from my account and I still July 31,2020 haven't received any communication about this product. WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN...N.E.V.E.R.!
Nice website; easy to find product, "location". Pop-up was aggravating. Grandson received this watch for his HS graduation. He was beyond ecstatic! To quote: "I've had this watch on my wish list forever - I NEVER thought I'd ever get one - it's the exact one I wanted." Wonderful to see such a happy kid sporting a great timepiece. Overall a good watch,keeps good time shines in the dark but when there is more than one watch is ordered they need to be ship together not apart that way consumer don't think one might of been lost or stolen from the order, or and e-mail stating the separate mailing dates/arrival dates.
I'd purchase total of 4 Watches recently within few weeks. Only had issue with one that it was shipped way too long, and after numerous contact it finally arrived. Other than that no problem. I like Invicta watches and will purchase more. Keep up the good work with great products. Thank you

Your flash sale and black Friday specials are hard to beat. The online ordering is very smooth. My only concern is that on those occasions that I've attempted to contact you by phone, it has been virtually impossible. In fact, I have yet to reach a customer support person using your help line. I usually just give up. My watch service person has experienced the same frustration.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
