In past instances, your customer service department has been extremely difficult to reach. In another instance, after ordering a watch it took more j than two weeks to then be notified that the watch I ordered was out of stock

I love anything Disney and this beautiful watch appealed to me. If you are a petite person be aware that the face is larger than average, but for my build, it is awesome! Price was great, received very quickly and I'm very happy with the purchase.

The watch arrived loose in the box, with no plastic wrap. The watch was Obviously Returned and not checked before shipping it to me. If this is the best you guys can do for loyal customers, then I'll start spending my money on another brand.

Easy searching and finding items, category options are what is needed to limit search, one complaint is I made a request by e-mail for assistance in repair a few days ago (actually Bracelet replacement) and have not been contacted.

This order did not arrive by Father's Day as advertised. It actually arrived an entire week later although I ordered the items well in advance of the holiday. The watches were nice and we are pleased with the gifts.

Truly lousy. U guys have lost customer. Chat rep Andrea was useless. Screen old not accept my new Invicta Card. Kept telling me I had to log in when I already was. Have purchased at least 4 watches this year from u. Will not be back without some concession Patrick Vaughan

Great product. Happy with what I got. Just took 2 weeks to ship. 20 days in total including delivery. Wish I would have been notified about that since the site says it ships 4-5 days after the time you order

This was my first Invicta watch purchase after admiring them for years. I was lucky enough to find the exact style that fit me at a great price. I'll be purchasing additional watches for myself and my daughter.

There was an extra 30% offer and it didn't accept my coupon code. But happy still a good bargain.

I will continue to monitor your site for future sales. I love the invicta brand, the watches are well put together and they are very reasonably priced. I purchased several watches as Christmas gifts.

Purchased my first Invicta watch last February on a cruise ship. The quality of my Submariner type is close in looks and seeming quality to a similar Rolex. This recent purchase as a military style that suits my left handed newly-minted Marine son. Expecting it will may be his most cherished gift this Christmas.

Paid $20.00 extra for 2 day delivery on Thursday 12-19-19, received the watch on 12-24-19,5 days later. Have tried to contact Invicta and Shop HQ on their website with no response. Having purchased several watches from Invicta I thought I would get a reply.

The website is easy to navigate. There are tons of watches to choose from and they (in my experience) ship very quickly!

Good...fast and easy.I have many Invicta watches. Several are automatics. The ones i purchased did not run properly at all. I had them on the watch winder for a long time and on my wrist. They stopped way to much just would not go. Sorry, great price but not happy with purchases.

I was surprised to learn that World of Watches had both better selection and better prices across the board than your online store. You routinely jack the price way up while offering a 35% to 50% discount code.
