Overall I had a really good experience with Invicta and will most likely order from them again. The only down fall is they took a very long time to get my order shipped and also didn't send any notice saying it would take longer then planned.

At these low prices I could not pass up.i had a hard time figuring out which watch to get because their selection is so vast. Finally decided placed my order and it arrived quickly and was perfect. Fit great looked great just what I wanted

Still haven't received my watch. Emailed back and forth a few times. One reply was if I don't like how it's going to cancel my order. Doubt I will buy direct ever again. Much easier on off sites and home shopping network.

One of my watches, the Invicta Angel didn't work. I left a message with customer service and haven't heard back from anyone in that department. Someone needs to make contact with me via email or by phone number *******245.

The ability to compare watch options side-by-side would improve & simplify shopping on this site exponentially!
There are so many beautiful watches that only come in 48 mm or larger; how can we get those same types of watches in 44 mm or smaller sized?

I absolutely love every watch that I've brought from this company which has been quite a few over the years and I'm still adding to my collection. They are uniquely designed, durable, reliable, promptly shipped and the prices are unbelievably low for the looks and quality.

It took way too long for my order to be delivered and I received no contact from Invicta about what the problem. When I reached out via email someone did respond any my watch arrived within days. The watch is better than I hoped for, but you need to work on communicating with your customers so they know you didn't just take their money.

Great store to buy, find the new products here first, always have a good deal for you, easy to pay, if you don't grab it first, maybe the price is higher next time! Would like some few more photos of each item, that will help clients to decide! My opinion!

Overall experience with invicta has been rough. I understand it's holiday time but that's no excuse for being lied to and provided false info on numerous occasions as well as having to stay on the phone for over an hour before anyone picks up my call.

I have emailed invicta 2 times. I still haven't received my order. I placed that order on December 21st and paid for 2 day shipping. It is now January 6th. Great price, reasonable delivery time, NO 'owners manual' for watch... not a complicated watch, but needed to figure out features on my own...

Delivery of my beautiful watch was slower than expected. All is well now as the packaging and presentation made it worth the wait.

Purchasing my new Invicta Pro Diver watch but the delivery experience was awful. Invicta you guys have to do better with your shipping process. Fed Ex isn't doing a good job. Tracking information changes too much and trying to contact Fed Ex customer service was harder than finding Bin Laden.
