I placed the order and paid an extra $29 for 2 day shipping. However, it took over a month for me to receive my merchandise. There was no communication other than the order confirmation email and when I contacted customer service I received a generic reply. I will not order online anymore from Invicta. If I cannot deal with an in store sales associate I will have to take my business elsewhere.
I'd like to see more description of the watches online. What the watch is made from, additional details. For example - I was surprised to see 'actual diamonds' on paperwork once I received my Minnie Mouse watch.
Also- please please more instructions in detail. The basic and generic instructions do not address the more complex watches. I have no idea how to change the day if the week dial on my Minnie watch.

I had a particular issue with the payment portal which my visa credit card blocked multiple times as it was flagged as being fraudulent. I am not sure why this was an issue, as I have never been blocked from buying anything in the 10 years having that card. It seems there is a significant issue between the payment portal used by the website and the credit card systems. Otherwise the items were beautiful and what I expected. I was not impressed by deliver and think a signature should be necessary upon delivery as I had $400 worth of merchandise left in front of my door with no indication it had been delivered.
Incredibly easy! And as usual, Invicta timepieces are more impressive when you see them in person then they are on the internet or on television. I've had my eye on this timepiece for quite some time. I am extremely satisfied with the product and the price. Well done Invicta!
Had no issue with purchasing the watch I bought. Love them. My only issue is using FedEx. I myself have encountered countless times with issues of FedEx. They tend to leave items just laying anywhere and tend to deliver to wrong areas too. Definitely not UPS which we prefer.
I love Invicta's watches. My only issue is the communication as far as what is going on with my order status. Update was real slow. I get the things we are dealing with right now. But I have received quicker delivery and response from other companies during this time.
I begin ratings at three stars, indicating my basic expectations were met, from there a business moves up or down depending on the experience. The site was easy to navigate and I experienced no issues with the check-out process. This was expected, what exceeded expectations was the value I found on the site. Sale prices here can be incredible if you are able to find a watch in a style you are looking for.

The Angel series watch is stunning! The order was shipped promptly and arrived in a few days. My only concern is the battery was already activated on arrival which makes me wonder how long it will last.

The watch ordered was a handsome time piece and I felt was a good value. However the watch was defective. The second hand was not operating properly.
Notified Invicta. They promptly sent an email with printable return label attachment. Returned the watch hoping for a replacement. However Invicta was unable to replace it. Received email today saying that a refund had been issued.
Sadly a replacement was not available.
Other than receiving a defective watch, the service and response were exemplary.
Great prices and great discounts! I have ordered many watches from the store oh, my husband has 25 now and I have never had a problem which delivery. Shipping is free and they shipped fast! Prices are good compared to other sites.
My only issue would be customer service is slow in answering questions when a sale is going on and you want to order that day. Oh, so you don't miss the sale.
The watch looks great...the concern was that the USPS tossed package over fence...I would have been upset if "package pirates" had been involved...Don't remember, Did I have an option for signed delivery?...very nice looking watch and thanks
The one thing I dislike, there is no packing slip included with my orders. I have multiple orders from you. It makes it difficult to inventory items, and separate what I received partial shipments of. Very irritating!
From the minute I placed my order Invicta staff had emailed every step of the way making my shopping experience very easy and pleasurable.I will definitely make other purchases especially on the fine quality of their products.

Some of the watches are pricey, but receiving the 30,40 & 50% discount codes in my emails works out perfect. I have purchased at least 6 Invicta watches and I'm totally pleased with the style and quality.
I was completely satisfied with the watches I ordered, Invicta never disappoints, but the way they shipped my order this time was a bit discouraging. They dropped it off to FedEx, which the status was left as delivered for two weeks and it was not. Then another tracking number was issued only after I called customer service, then my order arrived another 7 days later. 36 days in total. Other than that, I'm satisfied.
The product is beautiful and surpassed my expectation. The delivery time was way too long. When I questioned customer service (email) I never got a reply.
Overall, I'm disappointed but the watch erases much of my dissatisfaction
It took me over an hour to finally get the item ordered. The system kept kicking me out, and I was unable to order using my phone, the method I originally started. Also, once I received the item, the stopwatch function does not work. It is as if these watches are returns that are being sold as new, although marked down quite a bit.
I will most likely never order from your company again. I order a watch after Christmas paid $60 for next day delivery took over a week to get. I just can't see wasting anymore of my money on a company that also has very poor customer service. I never got a call back but instead a very unhelpful e-mail. I understand the 9-5 but it is very difficult when you have a 9-5 job yourself. Customer service could at least email communicate back and forth with someone. The only reason I did a second order after I was done wrong on the first order was my Godson really wanted the watch.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
