I was so lucky to have come upon this amazing deal. I had been looking for a great watch for daily use that would be sturdy and reliable and found that most brands were lacking in both material quality and price as well as design. Being able to purchase the Force IV Quartz at a 60% discount online was a blessing and I am very happy with the purchase.

The watch arrived in a few days, which is great. However, on checking out I got an email that stated I would be notified when shipped - which did not happen. When I tried to look for open orders or did on a search on Invicta's website for the order number nothing was found. Not very impressive and does not make me want to buy another watch from them online.

The wait time was too long. I understand what is going on now but, I've order more from further places and still received a shipping date before here. When I tried to call customer service, no one answered the phone. Though my friend is very pleased with his new bundle, I was very dissatisfied with the service. I will order from this store again but, not during this pandemic.

This is the best ever automatic watch I have in my collection. If you don't know automatic watches you can be a little disappointed with the accuracy of time keeping when you compare them to quartz movements. This watch is running fast 2 to 3 seconds on 24 hours period. Amazingly good.

This was my first time purchasing a watch. I'm not a watch person but my boyfriend loves your watches. After looking through you website. I have now become a fan of the many different designs that are available and will be purchasing a watch it two for myself in the near future.

This is a great crafted watch for left handed people. My husband loves it. Its hard to find left handed watches that are stylish. Not anymore!

The order took a rather long time tho receive. I also tried calling several times, the wait was so lengthy I finally hung up. Sent a couple of emails, which one was answered. Overall I would not purchase again online. But wounds visit your kiosks in malls. Returning one of the items.

Even though the site was very slow in looking items up my order went through & I received it fast. Only 1 item was defective out of my entire order. I called customer service after an hour on hold I finally spoke to a a rep & he helped me with the return/exchange for the watch that was already sold out.

I was trying to contact CS and never got answer, only recording even after 25 min wait. Watch arrived in broken box. There is a thin film on the black part of watch band which is impossible to remove! It look like damaged band! Not very happy, although I like the watch!

Lots of good watches for good prices. Plus great customer service who shipped me a watch twice cause I never received my first order so they replaced it free of charge, thanks a lot guys, my wife loved it, and I loved mine. This is where I'll buy Invicta for now on!

My overall shopping experience online was great. I received my order pretty quick. I didn't expect to receive it that fast. I actually ordered again from the website about 2 days ago & no problems or issues. I can't wait to get my next purchase.

I have had very good experiences with my returns. Unfortunately, there are often times when I have to return watches because they don't look as good in person as they did on the internet. I really appreciate it.

I feel bad about not having to pay for my returns and think that you should charge like other retailers.

The watch came packaged sloppily in the case and had no plastic on the face or bands like the previous Invicta watches I've ordered. I would have sent it back but the timing was such I needed it to give as a gift. Very disappointing

I've been a collector for some time now. Amazing workmanship and designs. My 50 piece divers case is probably full but I have some pieces locked in my safe.
Keep up the good work and keep pushing your limits on your visionary designs. Never stop

I have never had an issue. The products are top quality. My wife also loves every product that I have surprised her with. This is a great place to get a gift for "just because" no special reason. The prices are great and within budget.
