The on-line store has great prices and is very user friendly. The customer service is great as they even send you an email for confirmation that you received your purchase.

I gave this watch to my husband for his birthday on Saturday 1/19. I need to contact customer service as the secondhand keeps stopping and watch needs to be reset.

No issues with this watch. Last one was a divers watch that after one time getting wet at local lake, one of dials fell off. Was very surprised it happened

Was not delivered on time from FedEx. Delivered one week later. Should think about switching to UPS to deliver your watches. FedEx is awful right now.

Shipping price is a bit high ($12.00) but since it was delivered with DHL it's worth it. But my second order came via USPS and shipping cost was the same.

The only thing they should pay more attention in the customer services area because, I send to email to check the status of my order and nobody answer to me.

After a month of waiting I was told they didn't have anymore watches. I was very upset and felt like they could've did a better job with helping me out

Had a lot of issues with the website. Customer service has limited hours and no weekends to help customer. By the time you talk with someone the item is gone.

There was a long delay in processing and shipping. A second order placed weeks later arrived a couple days later. I expected the first order to have been as quick.

Didn't get one of the watches because they had sold out and didn't have the watch taken down on the site. They gave me a full refund. Great shopping experience

I ordered the watches on a Saturday and the were processed and shipped the following Friday. Shipping took 2-3 days as promised. Over all ok experience
