Great quality product, I have been purchasing Invicta watches from Costco for years now, I then happened to come across the Evine Network and saw the Marvel collection of watches and I had to get a couple.
Customer service were really bad very disrespectful I called him three times and I was on hold for about 45 minutes each time because I order a Watch and I ended up getting a used watch and I called him several times to try to resolve the situation and I sent a couple of emails and I was told the supervisor is not available is working in the warehouse and we are working out of home and one of the representative promised me that he will call me back Mr. Oswald and he never did call me back terrible customer service.
Everytime i purchase from invictastores i give them the address of the local fedex office to send it to so it will be held for pickup. Invicta stores sends me a confirmation with the correct shipping information, but then CHANGES MY SHIPMENT ADDRESS to a vacant lot under a freeway underpass that is about 30 miles from the correct shipping address. They change both the city, from van nuys to los angeles, and the correct zip code of ******* to something else. This happens every time, and it takes time on the phone over several calls to make the address change BACK to what it should be, and results in a delay of about 4 days. I try never to buy on this website because of that but at times i do see watches and prices i like, as with this purchase. But i really wish this issue would be cleared up.
I like my experience! I honestly just didn't like how I tried to use PayPal on the website on Google chrome then it takes me to my internet App to PayPal and when I tried to confirm the order it would go back to this website on the internet App saying nothing is my cart, other than that everything was fine
Had issue with website but fixed now. It was me having to get the card in first so I could call syncrony to activate the card. It's all working now. Love my watches thanks

I ordered a repair kit ITK002 and the case was used. I didn't mine it not being new but it was missing the pin remover. Still waiting on someone to get back with me.
I'm a Looney Lue, I look at everything, read everything, watch reviews on YouTube on your Pro-Diver, a guy did a 21 minute excellent excursion with the watch 40mm for a week in Mexico. At the end of the week with going everywhere the watch was 14 seconds fast as he set it to the second with the Atomic Clock. Very inspiring. I am 57 and I'm enjoying the last 2 watches I've bought in the last 5 years, I have master of the oceans gold with green face 40mm and atomic pro-diver limited edition silver with carbon face and dial. They both came imperfectly delivered, in signiture yellow boxes in yellow boxes! Absolutely Maddening.
Delivery time estimates are accurate. Sometimes product may arrive sooner I like the sale prices of watches that cost hundreds of dollars lower if the MSRP is correct.
When ordered additional freight was paid and order indicated a delivery date of 12/23 ( before christmas) but actual date delivered was 12/26. This was my disappointment. All else was great.
I ordered three watches that was delivered as promised on time overall it was a good experience my third time ordering watches with Invictus can't wait till my next order.
Great site easy to navigate and good description of merchandise and function of watches. I have purchased invicta watches before very well made. The great sale prices didn't hurt either.
The watch arrived with a dead battery. I went to an Invicta retail store and they replaced it with a new one for free. Now the watch works as expected.
My experience with you was wonderful. Sadly, I had to return the watch because it was much larger and heavier than I wanted. Was a gorgeous watch...just not my taste.
Was never updated on shipping. When I would call I would never get an answer and if they're closed maybe have a message that says that in your automated system.

First time ordering from the website. I ordered 2 watches. First one came right away. Second one I emailed to inquire about. It shipped immediately after.
Need to return item, but unclear how to go about doing so. The retail store would not accept return, and website and email received don't have information regarding return process.
