I did receive item quickly. It is a gift for Valentines day which isn't for about another 10 days so I am hoping my husband likes the watch. I did;)
The price was fair.

Great site. Lots of pictures and great prices. Would like a feature that lists your purchases on your account. Like eBay does. Would make it easier to keep track of what I bought there.

The case arrived damages. The closing hinge that holds case together was bent thereby keeping case from closing properly. Did not call invicta because it takes too long to get someone on the phone.

Ordering online is easy and simple to navigate. I also received my package in a timely manner.
I was very pleased with the sight and will be ordering more items in the near future.

Love the Invicta Watch line up! Have watched these watches on some former Cruises and on television, as well as some stores. Love the broad range of styles, etc. It's all I wear now!

The product I received looked like a mens watch so that's why I was dissatisfied. I am going to return it for something else. I did enjoy the service and the quick delivery though.

Ordered expedited shipping but did not get it. Customer service said it takes 4 days for you to send out an already packed item. Not happy that I paid extra and did not get it on time

So far so good. Service was a bit slow because of the holiday period, bur so fat 2 of them have made it here, and I expect the last one in the next few days. Keep up the good work!

I have ordered many times and have been completely happy, but this time the product was not good quality or the finishing was really bad from what I expect from Invicta. I will be sending it back.

I feel that 3 days to ship an item is a bit excessive these days. Will likely order directly via amazon in the future so I am not waiting over a week 1/2 to get an item.

Ordered the Mother's Day gift set for my girlfriend and a watch for me. She loves hers and same for me. I just can't wait to get mine fitted. I will be buying more in the future

I was unable to use my invicta credit card I wasted over an hour on multiple days trying to make a purchase. I finally just broke down and used my husbands card on paypal. Your website sucks.

I brought 2 watches I got one I was told I would receive my other one on a date that did not come I contacted customer service no response I just took a loss I will Not be returning to order again I have brought several watches either I sign in as guest or just sign in but you all have lost a customer

I liked everything from price to quality of watch. Only issue I had was the delivery date. I was told since it was a yellow tag so it took an additional week. But I would shop again.

Took longer than I expected before I received the product. I emailed for an update and never got one. Other than that the watch is beautiful and my husband was very happy so overall I am satisfied.

Took too long from time I placed the order to arrival of the product. Can and have gotten quicker ordering on Invicta watches from Amazon. I also do not like the watch and need to return it.

It took awhile to get my order shipped. I didn't know it would take so long. It was a gift, but overall he got it and loved it. Next time I'll order a month in advance. Definitely will order again.
