Everything was fine until I reached checkout it took me 5 hrs to do. It started off with free shipping and den I took one item off and then it went to 6dllrs shipping then to 12.12 for shipping is horrible. It wouldnt accept any of my cards until finally I used my husband's... I received his watch as it was estimated but mine took 3weeks. By the second week I emailed them and I provided requested info and then 3 days later iten was shipped. After all this hassle I was not satisfied with my watch it was to big and manly lookin to be a females watch but I gotta say his watch was just mouth dropping.
Hopefully your customers were understanding like myself during this COVID debacle. I feel that you guys handle the situation well with the circumstances we all had to share.
We received our bundle with 8 slot dive case, watch, men's bracelet, soccer ball, and charger - quality even better than expected. Shipping was delayed because of COVID but it was worth the wait!
Ok, I paid for two day shipping and it took 3. I purchased watch on my Invicta Card thinking I would be paying $10 per month, like I do on Evine/ShopHQ, like it was advertised by Invicta...when bill comes from Syncrony it is like $28 per month instead because there is a minimum so I feel like I was mislead and not sure I will used the card again to make purchases.
I called to check on the status of my order for 3 1/2 weeks it was still in processing after I spoke to the first rep they told me by the end of the week it would've been out for Delivery, never was shipped out when I spoke to a the second rep they told me the exact date it was gonna ship and when I was gonna recieve my items and just as they said it came.
Was just looking and saw these 3 pieces at a price that was just right.

1 Big issue.The Fed Ex Delivery. I live in an elevated building with an Unsecured lobby. In that Unsecured lobby is a USPS delivery area. New York City is what is called a NO RELEASE PACKAGE AREA. Meaning the Packages are not supposed to be left Without a SIGNATURE. I received an Email that the package Was Signed for. Really? I never signed for anything. He Forged my Signature and Released it in my UNSECURED LOBBY. I am DISABLED! When I Received that Email, I had to RUSH down 7 Flights to make sure NO ONE STOLE MY PACKAGE. FORGERY is a FELONY, Punishable up to 25 Years in Prison. Luckily the package was still in the UNSECURED LOBBY! I know this is not Invictas fault. But I do think you should address this issue with them if they are your Delivery Company.
I ordered a watch that came in a case shaped like motorcycle helmet. When the watch arrived it was in a regular case so i called customer service. I spoke to agent explained the situation they took care of it. A few days later i had the right case. THANK YOU INVICTA! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
I'm concerned about getting watches sized and batteries replaced during Corona. I have 5 new Invictas (I bought 2 others on HQ) and no way to take the links out
I made two orders that day
The first one I didn't want
So I called right away to cancel and exchange one watch in the order for another one they said they couldn't do that and I would have to place a totally separate order and wait a few business days for my Invicta card to be credited back for the order I wanted to change.
So I was forced to make two orders just bc I want a different watch add in my first order and one taken off.
It took almost a week to have the credit back on my card and the order I cancelled is still processing and it's November 27th
I made that cancelled order on the 13th.
I feel like if I just made the purchase and want to change it or cancel for a different order they should send an email stating you have 1 hr to make changes to your order.
I love my new watch still have not got the band right but I am working on it I like the mens bid watches but my wrist is very small so the large band keeps me from ordering the larger ones.

Watch had a crack in crystal from 7 to 8 hour position. Had to return it and had to request 2 times before I got response back. Extremely disappointed in quality control at Invicta.
Everything was great, quick response and got the product in 10 days so not too bad on delivery. The only issue is the watch itself. The closure is a bit tricky to get on.
I contacted Invicta 2 days after receiving the watch. The timers do not work properly. Still waiting for a reply from Invicta as to what they are going to do to rectify this issue.
I've never had any problems with your company. Had a service issue a while back and sent was fixed and returned with no complaints. Have a big collection.

Item did not ship for 10 days, none of my emails to the help desk were answered, and I was on hold for 3 hours before anyone answered when I called the help number.
Ordering on line is quick, and easy. You get all the sale prices grouped together in one spot and the pictures and zoom feature give you a pretty good idea of what is offered.
The only issue was the delivery time. In today's market place most deliveries are done within two days. This gift was Valentine's gift and it arrived almost two weeks after Valentine's day not good.
After I placed the order I found a better coupon. I contacted customer service right away and sadly could not change the coupon rate. That was disappointing.
The watch itself so far is great!
Awesome time pieces (diver collection) and even bought Invicta Yellow fragrance! I have yet to have any negative experiences with you guys and I just bought my third and fourth watches. Keep it up!

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
