My experience with invictastores.com was great, it's just too bad as a consumer, when I visit invicta stores aren't able to price match with prices from the website.
Very happy with the watches that I purchased. Buuuuuutttttt... be able to get hold of a customer service is a challenge. I had a problem with the delivery telling me via email/text that my watches were delivered when in reality, they were not. Thats FedEx fault though, not Invicta's but I was freaking out at the time. I am also in the middle of sending one of my watches in for repair with Invicta in the Utah office. This took me a month to do because the stores and corporate do not have a open line of communication between the. I have the brick and mortar store telling to send my watch directly to the repair shop in Utah, when I called invicta in Utah they told me to take it to the store and they would write a ticket up. It's a pain when you live an hour away and you go both ways numerous times to accomplish a simple task. I'm not even going to get into talking to the customer reps, while trying to figure out a band that would fit my watch. Ill get off my soap box now, if corporate wants some follow up questions, hit me up. Like I said before, great watches, customer service and corporate...needs some improvement.
Understandably slower than usual delivery during Covid lockdown. Bought from them many times. Normally time between order placement and order processing is usually a week, which could be better.
All was great, except that there weren't any Invicta locations near me to get my watches resized. Other than that, everything was perfect and I will continue purchasing! Keep up the good sales!

I have 6 Invicta watches this one I ordered just looked a lot different from in the picture. I sent it back for refund but got another watch at Invicta Store in Orlando.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
