Great price on all items and my delivery only took three days before I had my watch, this was my 5th watch in two months and will be purchasing more..

Search function is not intuitive, so you must know what your looking exactly and if it is not there which is confusing when an email later shows they have it

I has paid for 2 day delivery I ordered on a Wednesday night and did not receive my watch until the following Monday it was supposed to be a Valentine's Day Gift for my husband was very disappointed that I paid 29 dollars and didn't receive it on time at latest I would have expected it that saturday

My experience with invictastores.com was great, it's just too bad as a consumer, when I visit invicta stores aren't able to price match with prices from the website.

Understandably slower than usual delivery during Covid lockdown. Bought from them many times. Normally time between order placement and order processing is usually a week, which could be better.

All was great, except that there weren't any Invicta locations near me to get my watches resized. Other than that, everything was perfect and I will continue purchasing! Keep up the good sales!

The item arrived as described, brand new in box and fully wrapped. All functions and parts are working properly. This Automatic Sellita SW500 Batman watch was a great deal for the price I paid.

I am super satisfied and happy with my purchases the only thing was, I thought i was buying an anchor leather wrap bracelet and I think i received a rock climbing pick leather wrap bracelet and im not sure if I did that or if you sent the wrong one i still love it so I wasn't a biggie, because the over all products, price, and quality always makes me happy and satisfied I WILL ALWAYS SHOP WITH YOU. Description on the www.invictawatch.com is different for some items.
For example, Movement Components was Japan and when I clicked "go to online shoping", it was saying China... Disappointed a bit...

I have 6 Invicta watches this one I ordered just looked a lot different from in the picture. I sent it back for refund but got another watch at Invicta Store in Orlando.
