Part of my order took over 2 weeks and was only shipped after I called and spoke to Mr. Attitude. And no one is interested in responding to my last two emails.
My only minor objection is that Fedex missed my house and their online tracking system dis not provide a lot of guidance. However, I went to their office and got my watches.
I am a long time and repeat customer and had an overall great experience with all transactions except when I needed a silicone band. It took several months to receive the band.
I purchased the newBolt TRIA and ended up returning due to th fact that the TRIA is a big bulky oversized watch. It's over priced it looks like cheap costume jewelry I returned for a refund and waiting on my refund to be added back to my card
I could never get through to customer service. I held the phone for over an hour only to be hung up on. It's gotten a little better and I love the product.

It took awhile to receive a shipment tracking number. But I called and they gave me one over the phone. Then a day later, I received the same one in my E-mail.
Invicta has a great selection of watches for every taste. Unfortunately, I keep seeing one I have to have, and am building a collection sooner than expected. I haven't been disappointed yet.

I have ordered two watches and i only got one because one of them was not in stock. You should let the customer know before hand that the product is not available
Long delay in shipping even though product was marked as 'in stock'. Too soon to tell if product is water resistant as advertised. Crown does not screw down to seal the stem.
I know with the covid 19pandemic and all, there has been delays. But it took almost a month for my order to be prepared for shipping. When i called, no one picked! Sent an email, didnt get a response! Sent a live chat and got a response 72hrs later with no info on the status of my order. I almost cancelled the order but left it.
It was my husband's birthday gift‼ But thank God it came on his birthday June 2nd. I had already soent money buying something else already. So he had extra gifts. My experience wasnt sweet at all. After ordering a month before the date i wanted.
There was no notice or tracking for my package. This the 2nd time this has happen. The watch just shows up. I like to be made aware so that it just not sitting on my doorstep.

I love the timepiece yet when switching out the included bands on the 1st day one of the gold bars broke off. It was already defective as the end piece didn't go on straight. Can I get a replacement?

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
