Overall this piece is my favorite in my collection granted i just began my collection but out of 6 invicta the Hercules Shaq Reserve watch Platinum blue black combo is by far my favorite mother of pearl dial is the finishing touch which knocks the peace out of the park it definitely elevates this watch as a final touch

I love the product, but never received a response from you. The delivery time was ridiculous, I understand that there are issues some times with what is going on, but a month give me a break.
Excellent selection of items but the shipment and delivery was unacceptable (order placed in late July and it took about a month for me to receive my items). Standard shipment for any online store (not Amazon) is generally about 3 days after order received. This order was placed on 7/26 and the first order shipment was sent to FedEx on 8/6. Then the order was finally delivered on 8/25. I'm not sure what FedEx shipment process was selected but it was unacceptable. I'm a huge collector and decided to give this website a try. I've placed 4 consecutive orders within 3 weeks with your store. I've stopped placing orders after I've realized the length of time it takes to physically receive the first order. Sorry to say that I will not be placing any more orders unless your internal process changes. Even with Covid, it's not acceptable to take orders without proper staffing to fulfill the orders. If a local business takes 2 hours to fulfill a food order, I would go somewhere else next time. If this is your standard business model, then I'm not the right customer for your business. Since these 4 orders, I've purchased another 11 watches this month from another site and the average time is 5 business days without paying for expedited shipping (from order placement to delivery). I wanted to leave an honest review and hope that the business model can change as you have such a good selection and potential of growing faster if the internal process can improve.
I bought two watches, both with the invincible guarantee. Both watches I received had faults.
The first watch, the vintage quartz movement with the black leather strap, came out of the box with a broken crown. I've sent it back for a replacement but haven't heard back yet.
The second watch, I-Force with automatic movement, came with a tiny hair on the underside of the quartz, above the dial (inside the watch). There are some tiny dust particles visible on the dial underneath the tiny hair. For this watch I've been told the only thing I can do is wait until I'm outside the 30 day window and can execute my invincible guarantee for a replacement or upgrade...
Customer service never apologized for the problems and answered my questions with 0 empathy and sense of understanding how frustrating it is to spend over $300 on watches that arrive with faults and need to be fixed.
Unless this is handled properly after receiving this feedback, I will never buy from invicta stores again and I'll tell everyone I know in the watch community to avoid you like the plague.
Please help me by fixing this frustrating experience.

You sent me a used watch with the Covid pandemic going and even if Covid was not happening I would never accept a used watch when I purchased a new in the box. I will never purchase ANY more items ever again from Invicta.
I can recall it was the first time I've ever ordered anything online so I was a bit apprehensive. The customer service lady guided me through my purchase, she was really nice.
I literally have bought 5 watches, and 4 of them I received faster and cheaper through Amazon and/or Ebay. Which is unbelievable honestly. I doubt i will use the store website again.
Very happy with my Invicta watch. I'm still looking for a New or used and get the venom with the blue face and watch band. If you find one please contact me
The water resistant watch leaked the first time I wore it.
The crown does not screw tight.Just push pull. No good.
I would have preferred to pay more for a better watch.
Almost a month on my first order due to parts. Still satisfied. Second order delivered before receiving my tracking number. Classic. Very pleased and amazed on both my orders.

Ordering from Europe. So, I had to find someone in Us to order to his adress, and then he had to ship it to me in Europe. Prety difficult. I don't understand why the people fron outside of US can't benefit of the coupons.
I am happy with my shopping experience at Invicta. I received my confirmation and shipping info in a timely fashion. Lastly the picture did the item no justice the watch is beautiful
Got my husband this great watch that he saw for our wedding anniversary. Was so please after buying it online and getting it that same week. He loves the style and look.
Great as always! But I had to return it. It was malfunctioning. This watch kept gaining time every couple of hours. I hope it gets fixed correctly. I still love Invicta watches.

The hardest thing for me was choosing one watch for me and the other for my husband. It took maybe 2 weeks to look them.over n over. Love noth watches thank you
Great watch a tad bit bigger than what im used to wearing but it looks really nice. Im also glad I was able to pick up a watch of my favorite character.
