Always a good experience on InvictaStores.com. Processing and shipping takes too long, although the last two watches ordered shipped faster than those ordered in the past.

My overall shopping experience was great. But due to issues with Covid-19, my delivery was really late. I would have appreciated better updates from customer service.

The wrist band can barely get it OJ very my hand. I know it was pre-owned but the wrist band does not f iui t. The price was reduced but now I will have to buy a wrist band for the watch at a jeweler.

I received the wach I ordered for my wife but wasn't working
I tried to call invicta but was impossible to talk to anyone, and the website hasn't been working well, so I decided to take my wach to a repair shop close to my house and paid to fix it

The pin that hold the safety latch in the band was broken, poor quality control. At least customer service got back to me relatively quickly, and I was able to send it back for a refund.

Processing seemed to take longer than usual. I emailed Invicta but got no answer but got a shipping notice a day or so later. From the time it was shipped until it arrive was fast though.

I get emails about products and special offers daily. I take advantage when a deal comes my way. The email links take me straight to site and I can easily find what I am looking for.

Look and navigation of website was satisfactory except for no chat option. The problem I did have was with the customer service line. On hold for more than 30 minutes and no one ever picked up.

This is a nice watch for the price I just wish the date did not hang in between days on some days. Still a great value and nice watch that will get lots of wrist time.

Great job and the product looks and operates wonderful. I think the service is a little pricey being I bought a new watch for less than half of what it cost to repair my old watch.

Initially I didn't receive the 40% off by using the code, but I called and received a credit for the amount. But then 2 weeks later the watch is even cheaper! Overall satisfied with my experience.

Had to follow up on the order because of not receiving any information on where the order was and if it would ever ship. Took a lot longer than expected since any of my previous orders.

The watch was a little bigger than I expected but that was on me. I feel I received a great deal and am very happy with it. Have purchased Invicta watches before and really like them.

I paid for 2 day shipping, if this is not available it should not be offered. I asked for that shipping cost back as the order took a month. Any way my husband loved the gift.

Overall this piece is my favorite in my collection granted i just began my collection but out of 6 invicta the Hercules Shaq Reserve watch Platinum blue black combo is by far my favorite mother of pearl dial is the finishing touch which knocks the peace out of the park it definitely elevates this watch as a final touch
