I have had a great experience the last couple of years with INVICTA, I luv their Watches and the service I have received has been awesome but my last purchase I had an issue that needed to be taken care of so I called immediately upon receipt of the package and the man on the phone said to me hold on and then hung up on me after waiting on hold for about 18 minutes, So I made contact by email and the gentleman that responded was awesome and amazing he explained to me what to do about returning my item he would fix it and ship it back to me and there it is, in the end that last contact with the man at INVICTA is another reason why I luv dealing with them...

Excellent product, lead time is not so good, shipping is snail slow, and if your item is delivered to the wrong place/address and FedEx states they delivered it to your address even if they didn't they will claim they did and Invicta will not cover the loss nor will Fedex, I had a parcel that was delivered to a address 21 miles from my house and thank goodness the person was honest and my phone number was on the label and they called me to let me know they had my parcel or I was going to be totally out $117.60
If this happens to you, expect to be out the money you spent because neither party is going to take full responsibility of the loss of the parcel, I spoke to Invicta and suggested to changing it to having people sign for the parcel because this would help stop this problem from happening, they said they only do that with orders over $500, this is why I am leaving this long review so others are aware that they could be out some money if this happens to you like it did with me!

I had been watching Invicta through HSN and other networks to get a feel and learn about the product for a year now. I was amazed at the style, artistry and quality of Invicta watches. I have a collection going over the past 30 yrs and thought it was about time I included an Invicta. With so many choices I could not make my mind up! Finally I found this Vintage model and thought it was a good jumping off point to check out the size and workmanship without investing a huge junk of funds. I was not surprised at the deliver speed, the presentation packaging and the quality of it. I love how they wrapped each individual part of the watch and padded it with such care and efficiency. When I began to open and view the large yellow case, it was like Christmas all over again. The face, shine, thickness of band and the workmanship therein is Amazing! When I wear my new Invicta I feel like a million dollars. I adore the date window and love the large face with glow in the dark hands. Silly but I feel like I have Old Ben clock on my wrists. Its stylish and classy and I am so PROUD to say I have began my Invicta journey. Thank you for keeping the artistry of watches alive INVICTA.
