My order was split I tried talking to CS and was given 3 different delivery dates. I emailed expecting a response as stated on web site within 24 hours and never recieved one.
Haven't received my order yet but the price and costumer service was very good the processing and shipping take way to long and will let give more feedback when I receive both orders.
Beautiful watch, with a 'thin blue line' statement. As a retired police officer, I am proud to wear this watch. It is a well made automatic timepiece, for whichI have received many compliments.
It took 2 weeks for me to recieve my watch with no information until I contacted you. At least you could have sent another email to say that it was delayed or something.

More specific.the watch I put hased weighed way too much and face looked smaller on line have to return it an choose more practical and lighter weight one
Website is flakey about accepting CC other than Synchrony and Synchrony's customer dashboard is horrible. It doesn't correlate order number to item to deferred payments. Very antiquated.

It's so easy to order and the larger discounts encourage us collectors on fixed incomes. For the first time in many orders I wasn't notified of the shipping til I asked days later.
I purchased the watch on June 29 received it on July 3 however It did not work. Tried to reach your company by both email and phone resulting in being on hold for more than 3 hours after which when it counted down to when I was supposed to be able to speak with someone I would get disconnected for over 2 weeks with no results Finally I took it to a licensed Jeweler and had it sized and a new battery put in which cost me $52 and It still would not work properly meanwhile I am sending at least 1 email and still trying to reach someone on the phone at your company. Finally on the 27th after having been on hold for 2+ hours I got lucky and a person actually answered however the connection was so poor I could barely understand on half of what he was saying I finally got a return label and shipped the watch back yesterday hopefully it will return having been fixed at no further cost to myself.
ORDERS FOR MUTLIPLE WATCHES SENT OUT PIECE MEAL WITH NO TRACKING PROVIDED THROUGH THE WEBSITE. CUSTOMER SERVICE DID RESPOND ON THIS ORDER AND ADVISED. BUT I HAVE 3 OR 4 MORE ORDERS IN THE PIPELINE WITH NO UPDATES.
My order did not ship for ten days I was told due to the holidays an the fact I ordered on a Saturday the 7th and it still had not shipped by the fallowing Friday. My wifes watch finnay shipped on the 17th.
RECEIVED INFO AFTER CALLING IN WHICH WAS GREAT BUT NOW I WANTED TO KNOW THE WRIST SIZE after receiving the watch I have trouble latching and unlatching it is extremely difficult for an older person with great strength
Ordered a Invicta Certified Preowned men's watch when I opened the box the band was not connected to the watch and in four pieces I cannot believe they would sell or even ship something like this Very Disappointing
I own about 20 invictas. I had an issue at the store at the staten island mall, i contacted their area manager and i called all invicta stores possible, no one responded! I love your producta however very bad customer service in store. I contacted every manager, i even emailed the area manager, 0 responses. I still love invicta, however very dissapointed by how i waas treated at the store in Staten island mall...
By far my favorite brand of watch I just bought 2 more from you guys one being a gift the other for me of course that one brings me to a total of 23 Invicta watches, and I have more picked out... I almost got my holy grail watch it's the "JOKER" watch but I instead got ripped off 52 dollars, I had a feeling it was to good to be true but it's the JOKER watch... please keep making great watches so I have the excuse to buy more

Very Stylish watch.I purchased it as a Father's Day gift for my Step father. He loved it. I'm not sure how to register the tried but said I had to do it so I'm about to figure it out now.
The jury is still out on this watch. I have had to reset it several times in a week.it lost nearly a half hour a day. But I watched it all weekend and it has stayed right on. We'll see

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
