Took a tad longer to ship than normal. However received in good condition, new with all tags and plastic wrap. Good promo price in fact the best anywhere. Pleased with product and experience.

As always I found just what I was looking for, the problem I have is even understanding the current circumstances there seems to be a lack of communication, and even when I was able to contact customer service I wasn't told if you actually had the product. Patience isn't mt issue, being blind to when, or whether I should expect my order is, but Thank God Invicta products are of GREAT quality.

I tried to buy in bulk during the sale but transaction always gets denied. And the one that went through took a month before it was delivered. It was a very bad experience.

The watches look great and the price was great. Just got to hold on to them until Christmas doing some early Christmas shopping. I believe both of my boys will be very happy

a text one of the items will not be shipped. Way to long being notified.

No complaints about price or quality. I do however wish the order processing time was shorter. It took almost 2 weeks (12 days) to receive my order from the date it was placed.

My boyfriend loves invicta watches because they have big faces. The watches are made of great material and are heavy duty. I am happy with my purchase and will be purchasing more soon!

Still don't know how to find and apply coupon savings. Would like to learn some day as so far it has cost me over $200 not being able to earn the coupon savings.

A good buying experience. I actually did have to return the watch I bought. This was not due in any way to the quality, but it was just too big for my wrist.

I wasnt able to get the bundle deal it kept giving me an error.so i got 2 extra cases i will have to find something else to do with them.but overall nice website

A good tip would be to send an email with an expected arrival date within 48 hours after purchase

Invicta is a well known brand here in my household with my husband, which has lead now to our oldest who is 18. We love the quality and style of the Invicta watches.

Horrible customer service and EXTREMELY long time to mail out my order! I will NEVER buy from you again and will tell everyone what a HORRIBLE experience I had! It was a gift and I had to give it to them late because you took almost a month to mail it! Terrible shipping times and horrible customer service. You try to blame the virus but no other company takes this long to ship out orders!

I have bought multiple Invicta watches throughout the years. The Invitca web store is great! Easy to navigate and plenty of items to shop for. My orders are always complete and on time.

Easy ordering, however, took me a bit too long to find Paypal option.

I LOVE this watch. The wildflower embossing is so elegant, and I also love the 4-leaf clover at 12...so cute!
