Shopping and ordering was perfect. I wish you all didn't use FedEx they are the worse. They changed my delivery time five times I didn't get my things until 12/18. One of my watches has a scratch.

At first it took a long time to ship, but it's understandable during the holiday season. I called and my order was expedited so that I received it in time for Christmas. Thank you, I love it!

The order total said $98 including tax. Then the total cost went up over $7 for tax that was supposed to be included, but that didn't show up until i entered my shipping and credit card. Sleazy.

Need to be packed with care. The watch boxes that I like to keep the watches in came in damaged since there was no proper packing of watches. Shipping took way too long. Good price on watches.

Quick and easy check out. Easy access to specs was nice. I'm petite so I need to see the case size on each watch. Delivery was a little slow but reasonable. I love both watches I ordered.

The website stated 5 business days for processing but took over 2 weeks then I inquired about the status of the order and they tell me it takes 4-5 business days. I didn't ever receive an answer.

Bought the invictis 8 slot case. Paid for the 2 day shipping and didnt recieve till almost two weeks. Opnened the packaged and found out the product was cracked a big chunck missing. How could they ship this product being like this. Call customer service been trying to get a hold of them. Left a meesage and still waiting for a call back. Never will be buying from them again.

I am very happy with my purchase. I look forward to giving it to my s/o for his upcoming birthday. He is a watch collector and this will go great with the ones that he already has.

Ordered watch and paid for 1-2 day shipping. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called to only be told that watch was not in stock. Shipping was refunded and it took another 2-3 week to receive order

When I call the first time, after the conversation I had, I was told if I didn't get a confirmation email in the next 5 days, I would be reimbursed for the 2 days rush I paid for. When I didn't received the email, I called back and was told different.

Order took 5 days to ship out. Compared to other online retailers my experience is 24 business hours before an item ships out. Deliver time once the item was shipped was excellent however.

I was offered 10% coupon for first time and was not able to apply it called customer service and stayed on phone for 30 min, no answer! Hopefully I get me order rapidly.

I did not receive the watch I ordered, I have also ordered watches that took over 6 weeks to be delivered. Amazon has a very nice collection and the ship within 24 hours.

Ordered a watch, paid with PayPal, changed my mind and emailed customer service to hold order within hours of placing order, never got a reply.
But nice watch and everything came on time.

I had a delay on my shipping order for whatever reason. Then you send me a $10 off coupon that expires before I get my merchandise... maybe had one week to use it.

Easy and fast! There was a delay in receiving an item. I got an email detailing the issues and was assured my items would be delivered before my husband's Birthday.

Hello, after I put muy order, I made contact with Customer Service to change my mailling address. The time passed thru and I contacted the carreer, they answered me to call back to you because the address was incomplet. I couldn't get the change as I asked your personnel to.
