I applied for a HQ card and was approved. As that wasn't a high enough credit ($500). After I was approved I decided to apply for a different card and was approved with a credit line of $1500.00. Both cards were at the same bank, Sychrony. I spent more than $5000.00 within the last year buying watches from you guysand the bank refused to reissue the card. I was influenced by one of your hosts who mentioned, the idea of asking for a new card wouldn't be a problem. I'm gonna be shed of the cards. I'll pick out a watch now and then, but without the card I'll be limited with my money.

I have been trying to reach the customer service line for one week one day I was on hold for one hour and 15 minutes and still never had anybody answer the line. I was reaching out for the fact that the purchased item went on sale the next day for $80 from 248.00 and wanted to have a price adjustment. After I spoke to a customer service representative they said that they don't do that and if I refresh my screen it will not be on sale the following week. Of course it took a week to get a customer service representative. Then the product came and one of the bands were broken in which my husband had to assemble. Been a loyal Invicta customer over the years with 15 watches purchased by my husband. This is the worst experience I have ever had and can't say I will support the product any longer. Especially when you won't do a price adjustment nor stand behind your item or reach a customer service representative *******271 Crystal Lung. I will put my number on the last survey to see if anybody has any true meaning of customer service

My experience with Invicta store what's good it just frustrated me a lot when they were used the excuse the coronavirus or due to the pandemic that all the orders are the Les but for the most part the waiting game was kind of frustrated on products that you had because of birthday is or whatever you ordered it for if it weren't for that their service and everything was great it just a waiting game to get your merchandise and you know you really don't know when you're going to get it due to the fact they said depend amick I guess a lot to do with all of the delays in shipping and processing and stuff.

Referring to the web site: I would prefer a larger variety of views on the merchandise. Like front, back, top bottom, instead of just a plain zoom. My order arrived very quickly, about a week, via Fedex and was not damaged and packaged very nicely. The watch is exactly as described and what I wanted. It is MASSIVE. Very large and heavy, obviously quality made. I highly recommend for anyone that desires an ove rsized wrist watch. I had to remove several (4) links from the band for the right fit. I have some experience with these types of bands, making it fairly simple to remove the links. If you are going to remove the links yourself, you'll need more than just a jewelers screwdriver and needle nose pliers. I have a pin press made for metal watch bands, worked like a charm. I like the fact that they are double pinned, a regular watch band pin through a larger roll pin. It makes for very sturdy construction, which is a big plus for such a large and heavy watch. The instructions that came with the watch were generic, but comprehensible.

I am very satisfied with this Invicta purchase. The black bezel looks amazing, the color is very deep and very shiny, if you are expecting a soft to turn bezel you will be disappointed because it is hard to turn. The specs say that is has superluminova markers but the lume is in the whole dial not just the markers, an extra nice feature that I was not expecting. The dial is solid white. It keeps the time within the specs, this one is running about 10 second per day fast. The cyclop is perfectly aligned.
