- One product came without any documents about warranty or something else. Just the watch in the box! - And two of the watches have some scratches at the wristband.

I cancelled order but i had the day before contacted on your site regarding a watch that is malfunctioning and to this day was not contacted at all...forget it

Overall experience with Invicta has been great. Had a few issues with orders made with Invicta Card, but always worked out to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work!

Requested a return label from Invicta on 1/2/2020, but as of yet, have not received anything. Wanted to return the watch i had ordered. Was not what I expected.

Overall my experience was fine. The only thing is I received my shipment/tracking info a few days after my package was delivered. Changes should be made in that dept.

Reason for one star on overall price is that it was $20 cheaper on amazon including shipping. I feel like the cheapest price should be from the store itself.

I was looking to repair a band on his watch, but I was so happy for the sale that I bought him another watch and one for myself. They came back sooner than expected and we just love both of them!

Ordering was easy 5/5/2020, but had to make 2 calls to customer service just to get an email stating that my order is delayed due to flooding in Michigan.

Recently returned a watch that was defective upon it's arrival...it took nearly three weeks and numerous e-mails to the help desk to get that credit applied to m,y account

I love the sales and coupon codes. My grandfather collects invicta brand watches so I also have started my own collection. Will be buying more in the near future.
