I have to say you guys are on top of your stuff, I'd wish you guys would make the cool character watches more 47mm because 50/52 is too large. Acouple times you don't put return labels in the package with is a hassle cuz we have to call you guys an get it emailed an sometimes you guys don't successfully eanil it an I have to call again
I loved the watch. I recieved it very quickly. It was in perfect condition. My only wish is that in the discription it had the wrist meserments as i have thick wrists and the model i chose has a curved hard metal part and doesent fit my wrist entirely.
Delivery took weeks, customer service said shipping next day, shipped next week, very poor communication, customer left wondering if order was even received
I had been searching for the Captian American watch at JCPenney for over a week and when i found one on your site, I was very excited. I was forced to puchased two watches when I found the Punisher watch. My husband was very excited and decided to keep the Punisher watch.
I ordered a limited edition Houston Texans Invicta watch on 12/14 as a CHRISTMAS gift for my husband and on 12/20 I received a status update stating due to manufacturing issues my order will be late or canceled. Since then I have not received any other notifications from Invicta.com. On 12/26 I spoke to a CSR who informed my order was waiting for shipping label to be processed and here it is 12/28 and I have yet to receive my purchase or an update on the status of my order. Every year for the past 8 years my husband gets an Invicta watch to add to his collection however after this I'm not sure if I will be purchasing another due to the lack of communication and poor CS.
Let me start by saying that due to covid 19 I did expect delays with deliveries but not a whole month an a half also customer service number no one ever picked up and it was very hard for me to track through online it wasn't till I contacted the better business burea that I had someone emailed me in reference to my watch I won't order any invicta watches through this email ever
My shopping was fine. I bought 2 watches because I couldn't figure out which one I wanted. They were Father's Day gifts but I have them to him early. He is so happy and loves them both.
I was unable to use the promised 10% off using the code welcome10. Very disappointing. I feel like I got bait and switched. It took a long time for my watch to arrive. Much longer than anticipated.

I just wish Invicta Stores would change their policy on shipping to military overseas at APO and FPO addresses. My APO address is technically a US based address, and shipping to that address costs no more than shipping the same watch to anywhere else in the continental US. For now, I have to have things sent to my mom in the US and then have her forward them to me, costing additional money and time.
Most retailers will allow orders to be shipped to APO and FPO addresses, so it seems antiquated when I come across a retailer who will not ship to US military overseas. I hope Invicta Stores looks into changing this policy in the future.
This was my first purchase online. It went smoothly. I didn't get the shipping email and I had to log in to check my order status but that wasn't a big deal.
Understood during COVID-19 there would be delays. But I sent email. No response and you Should advise customers to expect delays at start Of purchase. Not wait 3 weeks later to advise

It really take some time to receive my complete my order. 1st I received 2 items in good timing and the 3rd item was hustled between phone calls but I finally received.
I ordered three watches and don't like one of them and wanted to return but the return process is so complicated. Not that easy as if I got it frim Amazon instead.
Some items went before I reach a decision. It took a long time to get my order. I understand the current situation about Covid-19 but they didn't make a second delivery attempt.
Shipping time took quite a while. Close to three weeks but understandable given the Pandemic. My only complaint are some of the diamonds around the bezel are yellow and not very clear...

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
