Site was easy to use. Great looking watch. You will likely need to have the watch fit to your wrist. Any jewelry store can do this. Very Happy with my purchase.

Even tho this watch was "on sale" I found glycines for 100$ less at Costco, after buying from invicta.

Costco may be grey market so I'm happier buying from authorized reseller

The watch is perfect! The time from order to ship was a little longer than I expected but totally worth the wait. I can't be any more delighted with this product.

Took a while to get a conformation for my delivery. After 10 days I called customer service and all the information was sent then. Other then that everything else was good.

Great watch. Beautiful. Clean. Wish there were different colors. At least a black look. And I like my crown and buttons on the right side. Wish there was an interchangeable option.

Always have a great time looking at hundreds of watches on invicta website and from the comfort of my home. I now own a dozen invicta pieces,one for almost every occasion.

Great selection although the website is slow and not very user friendly. It would be nice if you could put the watches you are looking at side by side to compare.

The selection, price and availability are incredible. Easy to order. One item out of 4 took much longer and two emails to customer service to receive, but overall everything was fine.

I think you need to consider changing the shipping time frame that is currently showing on your website. This is not when I received my order nor when it was shipped

It just took a long time to get here (and I totally understand why due to the circumstances) but I was never given a shipping date or anything like that so I felt like I was flying blind waiting for it to arrive.

I have requested to send me the correct boxes. I am a reseller and I really need these boxes. Please I'm waiting for the technomarine boxes.

I ordered the graffiti watch and I was hoping that it had a lot of graphics because you really don't know what you're going to get because everyone is different but I was very satisfied with my watch I love it I am an Invicta collector I have about 18 watches and by far this is my favorite one keep up the good work

Love the watch I got except I am honestly dissapointed that I didnt get the second watch I ordered. The site keeps saying that it's in stock yet I got an email saying it's no longer in stock, so it makes me question how accurate is your site.

Nice watches packing at times is sloppy like they in a hurry and forget curtain things but the watches over all
Have been good for me I bought 2 watches 6 years ago and they still work and look great and I just bought 4 on this cyber Monday I totally think it was worth it

Your customer service is sub-par, unfriendly, and unhelpful. They sent me around in circles. Also, the pricing games and bait and switch tactics are ridiculous.

It was painless, CSR was very professional and polite. I really appreciated that they represent their employer with respect, as they are the first contact.
