I contacted customer via email twice. Not happy about my order not being delivered due to negligence on company end. I should have received compensation.

Have several Invicta - always great quality and value - would like to see availability of watch bands be expanded as several of my watches need replacements...

Great, order delivered as stated. Watch exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with all aspects of the process and will order more items in the future.

The experience was a good. Could improve on communication. Never received notice when watch was shipped, only one informing me it was going to arrive.

It took me a while to find exactly what I was looking for but I found it I love the faces to be at least 51 mm and I like the band how the band is made as opposed to the old leather band look thank you

They said I would receive tracking information within 24 to 48 hours I never received any information until about 4 days later and they never responded to my emails about the bad customer service because I brought two watches in the same week and just yesterday I received information about the second one

Quick & efficient website. The watch is great, missing the micky mouse case with handle as shown on website when purchased- maybe a seperate shipment?

Overall I was extremely happy with my experience the only issue I had was when I contacted customer service for a question I had they just sent me a link to a user manual which I had already checked. Luckily I contacted Invicta on Facebook and they were a huge help

I received the watch and it was to big. I took it to a jeweler to remove some of the links to make the watch fit properly, but the jewler informs me that some of the pins are looose and may need repair. The watch i receive has some defects already before i wore the time piece.

I was given a discount code GRNM50 but it would not let me apply it to my order. I have also not been given a shipping date. I received my order, but wasn't given credit or an explanation why the discount code was not honored.

I buy a lot of watches from you guys and one of my watches had a scratch on the side pretty deep but it's not worth it to try and return it and go through a hassle but you guys need to check your watches before you send them out especially with a customer like me that likes to buy a lot of watches if you cannot bring your level of inspection better, I will have to buy from ShopHQ

Customer Service is a little sluggish, but do to this Pandemic you get a pass from me.This is the second Invicta watch I've purchased in less than 6 months. I love the product. Satisfied customer

While there are lots of choices in watches on this site, it was easy for me to navigate through, and find the right watch. However, with so many great watches, it was tough to choose!

It was a gift for my birthday from my mother. Every year she purchase an Invicta Watch for me, she knows how much I love them. Great quality, very expensive look, lots to choose from.

My friend was very pleased with his watch and has had many compliments on it. Some even wanted to buy it off him for more that what was paid. It was absolutely gorgeous in person.

If a welcome is sent, then there should be no issues with using it. I had to pay without using the code and that's fine but don't offer one if it will not be applied.

Great experience however, I did not like the watch I received. Also, I wish that we could return watches in store versus having to wait for someone to email you back with a return label.

I was very satisfied with the product and service at the store. But could never reach anyone on line and no one ever responded to my email I sent either. But overall a good experience

Everything g was great. The watch was just bigger than expected. I recommend putting pics of people wearing the watch so we can get a real picture of what it will look like in person

I ordered 4 watches and none of them were packed in plastic wrap and some were missing tags r instructions manual. Also one watch had some marks on it like it was used. Very disappointed
