I ordered 4 watches and none of them were packed in plastic wrap and some were missing tags r instructions manual. Also one watch had some marks on it like it was used. Very disappointed

These NFL Watches are better than in the pictures. And the pictures are fantastic! I wasn't expecting such an amazing piece of art... These NFL Watches get so much attention when I wear them. They are AMAZING!

I was helped by a girl who put me on hold to call your warehouse and ask them to prepare my order for shipping that day so I would have it on my trip to South Africa. Thanks kid!

Easy to pick out and purchase. Have to watch because you can get a better discount then the one they offer. Example, a last call watch is 50% off, but is offered at 48% off. I find this dishonest.

Products were delivered nicely on time and the product received was of a very good quality. Only downside was that the order was deliverd seperately, which increased the transportationcosts to Bonaire.

This is my 9th Invicta. Of all the ones ordered the only disappointment has been the one just prior ( Coalition Forces with yellow band-- which appeared very cheap and to my surprise the outer bezel did not rotate-- NOT cool as it appeared it did when watching the TV presentation. It seems like shipping takes to long through Invicta - how I buy a product is determined by who offers the best shipping method and most importantly follows through - Amazon - EBay or direct all are very close in pricing and how I rate customer service is who answers live and resolves an issue in the moment

My watch came as ordered. No problems. This is my second Invicta watch. Both automatic. The first one I have had for seven years without any problems. Still going strong.

A little disappointed. My watch looked like it had a shiny, blue, stainless bracelet. Upon receiving, it is a dull, poly-like material, and not at all what I was expecting.

It is my first experience with buying / owning a Invicta watch. But,I can say that I am extremely pleased! I DO plan on buying more from Invicta in the future.

I like the watch but, it turns out to be too large for my wrist. I emailed a few days ago looking for return instructions but, have received no response.

Would have been a perfect experience if the website allowed me to use the WELCOME10 discount code on the watches I ordered. It was my first time on the website so I don't know why it wasn't allowed.

I had some issues with my order but the Invicta team was understanding and handled them so no complaints.

Did not receive any email order confirmation or shipping information until I call customer service. They had my correct information and sent me copies of the invoice and shipping info.

Too tough to navigate once you search for a specific collection/watch. Also cannot access coupon exclusions so disappointIng when you apply a coupon and it is rejected with no explanation

Everything was perfect just package took about two weeks to get here and it was a gift which was given late but overall super beautiful and excellent quality thank you

The timepieces I ordered look great and prices were good. Took a little bit longer than expected for the delivery to come, but happy with the product and site otherwise.
