Placed order and received in an acceptable time. So far, so good. Time will tell on product quality but the company seems to stand behind their products so I trust them at this time.
Good discount and free shipping
I received 40% off on my order; however the day after I placed my order, you sent me an email offering 50%. Obviously, I would prefer to pay less.
The turnaround time on orders is far too slow. I paid for overnight shipping, and do not feel like it was worth the money, with the two business day turnaround before orders even ship.
Invicta has so many choices and such good quality that I've started collecting. I wear a different watch every day and its fun for me. Every experience with Invicta has been beyond my expectations.
I love your watches. This my second one. After placing my order I found a code for free shipping which it was to late to use. Other than that, I'm happy with my watch.
Delivery was super fast. Price was great. It looks really nice too. I bought it for my dad, who only loves gold watches, so I know for sure that he's going to love this
I was satisfied with the service and product. The only issue I had was the bundle package Invicta Bolt Mens Quartz 51mm Bundle -Model *******. It was suppose to include a gold bracklet but instead received a black beals with a little skull bracklet.
The only issue That I have is it take a long time to receive the product. 10 day ago I ordered two watches and still showing as processing, by this time it should have been shipped.

My only issue is that if a product is listed on your site as "in stock" i don't see why it takes a whole week just to ship it.

I Was A Bit Disappointed That I Paid For Overnight Shipping And It Was Gonna Get Here Till After The Weekend But When I Talked To Customer Service They Refunded Me My Original Overnight Shipping Fee And It Still Came Earlier Than Expected. I received my Invicta watches today, and I must say I was overall quite impressed. I have always had a fascination with men's watches, but circumstances prevented me from making a purchase. I have been considering Invicta for some time, but finally pulled the trigger on my birthday. I must admit, I am like a kid all over again, putting on, taking off, staring, and photographing my 3 new Invicta watches. I am impressed with the weight, the look, the feel, and the overall simplicity to set up and use. I also purchased two 12 unit watch display cases to encourage myself to buy more watches when the opportunity presents itself. I must say this however; Don't believe the lies that you must spend thousands of dollars to enjoy a beautiful timepiece, and please don't be tempted to buy a fake anything. Invicta and others make it possible for an average Joe like me to feel happy, and not break the bank. One advice to Invicta: "More options under $100 please". Thanks Invicta, you made a happy customer out of me. JM.
Without a doubt, the absolute WORST Website imaginable! This Website is so badly in need of updates and maintenance, yet they do absolutely nothing to improve it. Even the Checkout process does not work correctly all the time, so you need to really watch that closely when you Checkout. One of the biggest disappointments for me, is that you cannot go back to this Website after buying a Watch and Look at previous Watches you've bought. Sometimes you are able to find the Model# of a Watch you previously bought, but you are never able to actually See a Picture of any of the Watches. All other places I've ever bought Watches from, give you the opportunity to look at any previous Watches you have bought. And another thing I really HATE about this Website, is that it has No 'Wish List' area, which is really stupid on their part, because a Wish List is potentially more Sales!
I paid quite a bit extra for what was listed as 2 day shipping. It was ordered at the end of the week, nowhere was it listed that I could easily see it that the 2 days did no include weekend. So, I paid 30.00 or whatever it was for 2 day shipping and it took 5 days to get to me. It was a gift and I recieved it a day late. Was very, very dissapointed with how that worked out, and the rude customer service rep that I got when I called to ask about the delivery. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the watch, but am not sure that I would order directly through INVICTA again because of that. The extra shipping that I paid for was just wasted money.
It was excellent expirence with invicta for ordering and receiving my product I'm realy thankfull...
